They most incredible Chinese food you can get in Livonia and possibly Michigan. Tea is delivered in a traditional teapot, hot could be hotter but my food was perfection. Tasty delicious well portioned meals. Can't wait too go back

China House Inn, is the best Chinese restaurant in Livonia. The restaurant is clean and bright great location. The price and portions are good.You won't be disappointed. If your not happy just tell them and they will fix it.

I wonder why this place is not in limelight. It's usually slow in afternoons but take outs are I think there forte during lunch hours. You get a lot more food for a lot less money.
I have been there for lunch and their lunch specials consists of hot tea, soup and egg roll in addition to the actual dish. I have tried General Tso's chicken, orange chicken, honey chicken and everything's tastes good.
I will try other dishes when I am there next time and keep updating the review.

Food is always tasty, hot and plenty!! The staff is super friendly always willing to help. It’s clean and a very comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend it!

I always get torn when it comes to a Chinese restaurant in the state of Michigan. However I did try this for the first time and I was impressed. The food was great, the staff was excellent, and it was prepared and hot and done really fast but not too fast just fast enough so I'm a big fan of this restaurant and this is my now go to restaurant for Chinese food

Tasty food at a good price, portions were great on the dinner combos.

They are only open from 12-3 for dine in. Our favorite so far is the Mongolian Beef. Super tender and lots of veg. The combo plate is a great deal with a small soup you have plenty for the next day.

The service and the food are absolutely amazing. And the rating definetly speaks for itself.

Have loved this restaurant for years! We love the food. The only place we get Chinese food from - it never disappoints. Others must as well as they are always busy when we get take out. Generous portions (we eat 3 meals out of the quart size dishes). They also will do modifications (like adding vegetables to a dish). Love the egg rolls. They were doing take out only for a while during the pandemic but have now re-opened for dine in.

Best Chinese food around! So glad we found this place. The food is fresh, hot and tasty. Never overloaded with sodium either. Always great portions at a great price. The staff is kind and friendly. This is a staple for us when we want carry out!

I'll admit, I was skeptical when seeing this place from outside. But this place is an absolute hidden gem! The shrimp curry in a coconut sauce had peppers, mushrooms, eggplant, onion and more. all of the ingredients tasted very fresh and delicious. They weren't over cooked. The curry sauce was well seasoned and the perfect amount of spice. I ordered extra spicy and was satisfied. The egg roll also tasted very fresh and was fried perfectly. The hot and sour soup was good, but did not blow me away as much as the curry. I would absolutely return. I definitely recommend this place! The service was also very friendly and the atmosphere was clean and cute. They have a beautiful golden statue of buddha and have many ornate designs without it feeling crowded.

Great food & wonderful staff. My son has a fish allergy. I asked if one of his favorite foods had fish or oyster sauce added. The lady who took the order had the cook make a separate dinner for him. They went above expectations. Just love this place.

Good food. Great portions. Seriously if you can finish one of these dishes you may want to look into weight watchers or do what I had to and practice self control, lol. I see they do a lot of carryout business. However I like to go In every once and a while they are very nice.

I find the food here delicious. You get a lot for your money. I recommend, if you are buying something at dinner time, to not order off the combination menu. The reason is you get a lot more food for a little more money. For example, it cost a dollar more if you don't order almond chicken on on the combination menu but you end up getting a lot more chicken.

China House Inn is a great Chinese restaurant on 7 mile in Livonia. The prices are reasonable, quantity is plentiful, and quality is delicious. They also make online orders easy with a website called Beyond Menu. The staff is always nice and willing to help with whatever you need!

We have been going to this restaurant since it opened up. It is the most well-run clean efficient friendly Chinese restaurant. The almond chicken is so light and fluffy and delicious! Everything is beautifully packed so it's super hot when you get it home. And if you eat in their table service is terrific and the restaurant is very clean and enjoyable.

Owners are so friendly, and the food is consistently wonderful. Must try their spring rolls!

During pandemic they were extremely cautious. Plexiglass at checkout and even wiped down my pen before signing.

First time visit, loved my sesame chicken lunch.

By far THE BEST Chinese food around, the staff is great, the food is great, portion sizes are just right. They treat you like family.They have been around a long time and I hope they stay around for a long time!

Update: they had to move to just west of Farmington road on 7 Mile on the Northside and should be reopening in January 2019.

I don't know where to begin with the superlatives. Don't be fooled by this traditional neighborhood Chinese menu. The food is hot and delicious, served fast, in one of the cleanest dining establishment I've ever been in. No cutting corners here. It's all genuine and fresh. And the portions are HUGE. Topped off with exceptional service - you don't want to pass this one by. We'll be back.
