As a photographer we purchased many products over 30 years or so directly or through the photo lab that we work with. We never had any quality or delivery issues. And their packaging really elevates what we offer to our customers.

They call us occasionally to see if we have any questions or have an interest in new products, and they make us aware of new products they offer. Their imprinting services have always been top notch...and our most recent order was a new product we've never ordered before and the quality was beyond beautiful. The gold foil was outstanding and delivery time was exceptional. We will continue to be loyal customers.

Our photography studio, Portrait Creations, uses Tyndell for our TAP products and packaging, and I just had to write a review, because their customer service is so awesome! We had used Art Leather for 25-30 years, and they merged messing up our orders constantly and eventually told us, they couldn't reach our simple demand and to go somewhere else. We did, stumbled across this company, and haven't looked back! Their products are great quality, arrive in a matter of days, and their customer service is off the charts awesome! Had a fantastic experience with Krista and the team at Tyndell Photographic. I purchased their 5" x 7" Photo Case in Steel with a custom white foil deboss of our company logo. The steel color is a sleek dark gray with a slight brushed shimmer to it. It is made of a durable thick cardstock with clean lines. The foil deboss was exactly what I was looking for and provides a sophisticated level of branding to the piece. In addition to the photo cases, I purchased black tissue inserts and white elastic stribbon to complete the look. The team at Tyndell was very attentive and personal. I was able to connect with the designer directly to discuss logo size and placement for the absolute best result. I will absolutely purchase from them in the future.

Ordering products is fast and easy. Customer Service is friendly, helpful and responsive. We do not keep a lot of inventory because products are always in stock and arrive at our place the next day. Orders are complete and packaged correctly.
