I am so grateful that Damian was the one to deliver my mom's oxygen setup to her home. She's undergoing treatment for cancer, and she was recently released from a week-long hospital stay for treatment-related respiratory issues on the condition that she use oxygen at home. Run down after months of chemo and radiation, she wasn't happy about that requirement at all.

Damian delivered her equipment with a smile, and he actually made the setup process fun. Not only did he deliver the information she needed to know clearly and effectively, but he was so fun and charismatic that everyone was laughing during a very stressful time. Not only did it put a smile on everyone's face, but I'm convinced that his delivery will help make my mom's journey easier.

I'm very grateful to Damian for making this very difficult and stressful time for my mom easier on her, and all of us.

Bennie at Hart Medical in Southfield was the technician that reviewed the machine with us today. There were four of us in our class. Bennie is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He loves what he does and it shows! I learned and lot and was treated with such great kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend Hart Medical in Southfield and Bennie!

Amanda was a great therapist to work with for my cpap machine! This is my first time using one. Amanda took the time to go through instructions, set up the app, and even helped me work through the nervousness I had to wear it. She was friendly, patient & made the experience way less stressful! Met with Kevin Johnson today at Hart Medical in Southfield regarding durable medical equipment. He was was extremely knowledgeable about the use of CPAP. He explained everything throughly and made sure all my questions were answered.
Mr. Johnson is definitely an asset to their company.

Jeff was a very nice guy. Really friendly and helpful. He set everything up quickly and efficiently. He showed us how everything worked and told us to call if we had any problems.

He was very polite and friendly...called ahead and was here on the time he said he would be. He was also very efficient in and out in a timely manner. Also very helpful answering questions about getting a humidifier on the oxygen to prevent dryness causing a bloody nose.

This review is solely based on my order from their website. Ordered heated tubing for my sense11 (it’s a completely different tubing than the 10 )

I love working with everyone at Hart Medical. Brenda is always so helpful when I call and the drivers are so polite and helpful too. I have never had to use oxygen before and they have made this part of my life journey very easy.

Kristine was simply amazing. Going into the appointment I didn’t know what to expect but as soon as she came on she got everybody smiling and made the whole process so simple I feel like I actually made some new friends through this venue. Kristine made the entire experience fun and she answered all our questions and she knows the material extremely well. She went to great lengths to make sure everybody was comfortable and not to be afraid to ask questions which of course we all did. I can’t recommend Christine highly enough!!! She was great!!!

All of my questions were answered and I got good feedback on how I was doing after almost 4 months of using my ResMed 11 CPAP machine. I had a problem with some settings and she fixed them and I was glad because I missed one night because the machine was not working right. Good job! Thanks!

Dan G. Delivered our supplies today and he was just fantastic. He was professional he was pleasant and he was thorough in explaining how the equipment works in detail which was just the best especially when I'm gonna using the equipment to move my elderly mom around and because of his detail I feel I have the confidence to use the equipment safely without worry of injury to my mom or myself.

The experience today (Friday) with Tajun was equally as amazing as it was yesterday, when he dropped off the first few pieces equipment, which will help my Dad through his transition.
