One World Market

This is my favorite Japanese grocery in Michigan. The selection of Japanese food is unparalleled. They have a great selection of fresh fish and vegetables you can’t find anywhere else. Japanese pastries too!

Fresh and frozen fish and sushi fish can be purchased here. There are also prepared food options to pick. Very nice market for picking up special ingredients but can't read anything on the packages.

Great little market I've been coming here for years you can get all kinds of snacks or food. They also have an excellent sushi bar inside, they just recently added some little claw machines.

I love One World Market. They have a wide selection of Japanese groceries that won't break the bank. I highly recommend the spicy salmon bowl from their take-out sushi cooler! It is so fresh and melts in your mouth!

Amazing. Great food. Authentic Japanese grocery store. Everything. Prepared foods, fish, sushi, bento boxes, snacks, Everything. Plus a restaurant. I wish I had found them before. I purchased Nigiri, sashimi, fish to go, bento box and some snacks. Can't wait to come back. I'd absolutely do my regular grocery shopping here and I'm from Colombia South America 🇨🇴💪🏽 great spot. The staff is always friendly! The vegetables and fruit are always fresh. They have a variety of fish and various fish cakes. The meats are always a bonus to any ramen, which they sell so many different ones I still haven't tried them all! I always love coming here.

You’re sure to get fresh, delicious sushi as it often sells out. Wonderful store to check out if you’re cooking some oriental dishes, or want to try something new. Best Japanese Market you’ll find in all of SE Michigan.

Perfect for those looking for Asian (especially Japanese) groceries and ingredients! Not a large store (but it has everything I need!) so it's very easy to make a quick trip. I think their prices are quite reasonable and I always try to stop by with my cooler when I'm in Novi. :)

Always loved stopping by. Their bento boxes are well-packed of goodies for a healthy lunch.

Wow!!! I haven’t had sushi for about 12 years after having a very bad experience with some store-bought sushi. I had a craving and I got recommendations to go to this market. I was hesitant because it is a grocery store and wasn’t so sure I was going to get a fresh product. It was fantastic best sushi ever- there’s a pretty upscale gourmet produce market by my house which has a sushi section but it doesn’t even come close to this. This was so fresh made. The sashimi melted in our mouths- belted like butter- salmon, tuna, scallops, yellowtail…FRESH! Sorry we devoured it before we took any pictures🤤 It tasted like it was just caught, cleaned and prepared- I don’t know how this is possible because clearly we are not near any ocean😁 go buy sushi from your local grocery store or gourmet market and then buy the same from here and you will see it is night and day- Even if they are making it fresh at your market, its not the same- The sushi here was just as delicious- Fresh! It was a 20 minute drive for me, but worth it if you have a craving for great sushi- we got there pretty early and there wasn’t a crowd. You can go sit in the section where they can make it fresh for you or you can get it out of the refrigerated area. The prices are also very fair and reasonable for the quality and quantity. But I emphasize the quality.

This one is great! They have their self-owned restaurant which means I can get grocery shopping done as well as having a meal hear. Their rice provided in the restaurant is directly shipped from Japan and it’s really good. I love their rice so much, though it’s not their popular item. They provides tons of different sushi rolls and also other meals. It’s won’t make you turn disappointed. Come and give it a try.

This is THE Japanese market in the area. (I'm not sure how many exist anymore, but they're usually "Asian," not strictly Japanese.) They usually have just about everything I'm looking for. Sometimes I have to buy something online or from another store, but usually I can get all of my goods at One World AND order some really decent sushi at a very reasonable price. My only gripe is the cost. Groceries here generally seem to cost a bit more, but I like supporting this gem of a store. I only wish we had one in Hartland! If I lived in Novi again, I'd shop there regularly.

My parents have been going to the sushi place since I was a little baby. I watched many of the workers slowly leave one by one which saddened me. Many of them knew me as a baby but only 1 or 2 are still there. Udon used to be my favorite but they took it off the menu. Other than that food is pretty good, they have off days though. I think they’re currently remodeling and changing old machines and shelves for newer ones which is nice.

The most delicious sushi ever! Always fresh & never varying, consistent quality & amazing prices. A hidden gem in Michigan and in my opinion the best sushi.

Best place to buy Japanese grocery goods in SE Michigan. Hands down. My only complaint is that it isn't BIGGER with MORE! Love the staff, love the organization of goods. Can't recommend this place enough.

My favorite sushi place! Save time! Walk in and grab ready made sushi-to-go from the back left of the store. Love the Spicy salmon bowl and my kid likes the sashimi. Lol. But there are other choices as well.

Love this Japanese market!! This is a larger market with a good large variety of Japanese foods. It is completely dedicated to Japanese food. They have meets, a bakery section, some veggies, a large variety of snacks, lots of sauces, drinks, and other things. It is not a general Asian market. The prices are reasonable, cheaper than smaller markets I've been to. They have a small selection of kitchen ware and beauty products. They also have a very small sushi restaurant in the market. They have cooler of premade sushi.

Sushi is always delicious and fresh! This is my go-to for sushi in the area. Prices are also very reasonable. You can’t go wrong here!

A hidden gem for a great take-away sushi lunch. This market has a great variety of items in the general shopping section. The highlight is the sushi. They have prepared fish for at home or they have prepared rolls, cutlets, and rice to take for a lunch.
