What made it even better was how knowledgeable he was about everything. He wasn't just trying to make a sale. Purchased a 2023 StarCraft we saw at the Novi boat show. The sales person Mike Driver was knowledgeable without applying any pressure. We waited several weeks then made the decision to buy. Everything went very smooth without any pressure. The new boat arrived on time and was delivered a day early. The factory didn’t install the tow bar so we had to have the boat pulled out of the water to have it added. The service team was so pleasant and the boat was back in the water 24 hrs later. This is our second boat but the first from Club ROYALE. Mike thank you very much. We purchased the boat because of the layout but honestly Mike Driver was the best sales person we spoke to at the boat show. Thank you

The staff at Club Royale made purchasing my first new boat easy and simple. It's a crazy time trying to purchase new boats right now, but I am quite satisfied with my purchase. Ryan and Curt were knowledgeable about what they had in stock and answered any question I could throw at them. Communication, whether by phone or email, was consistent and prompt from paperwork to receiving my MC numbers. Would recommend to anybody looking to purchase a new boat.

We’ve been pontoon owners for close to 10 years and decided to upgrade to a wake boat last fall. We went to other dealers to look at new boats as well as check out used boats and we were ready to pull the trigger on one. But we decided last minute to stop in at Club Royale to see what they had and we were blown away by the not just the boat but everything Club Royale provides. Ryan LaPlante was our sales rep and was super attentive from the start to answer all my novice wake boat questions. They let us test drive and surf a similar model last fall and have come out to the house a couple of times this summer to make sure we’re comfortable with driving and surfing this new boat. In addition to the sales side, Brad, Cole and the whole service team has been nothing but fantastic. Last week we had to take our boat out of the water for the 20 hour service check and got it back within a couple of days….mid-summer somewhere else could have been weeks! I’m not a gear head and Brad showed me on a boat in the showroom exactly what I need to do and check when it comes to any issues with the engine because we live by mucky water. Not many people go to that length nowadays to care as much as Brad does. The reason I didn’t say Ryan, Brad and the whole team were super awesome from start to finish is because I still text them questions and they are great about getting back to me. This is an ongoing relationship that doesn’t ended when the sale papers are signed. If you are in the market for a new boat and just want a boat, you can go anywhere. However, we feel it is the whole experience and the Club Royale team from sales to service is the real difference maker. So go ahead and shop around other dealers but I’d highly recommend making Club Royale one of your last and final destinations for the best experience in getting you out AND keeping you out on the water!

Bought a new Moomba from Club Royal. Ryan, our sales rep, is fantastic, and has been extremely helpful both before and after the sale. He spent a few hours with us when he delivered the boat in April to go over all features, driving, etc. He came back and spent an afternoon with us in June to go over surf settings, and even gave me some surf pointers and tips! Service is also fantastic and Brad has been available to speak with us when we have had questions. We went with Club Royale for the personalized service and attention and have not been disappointed.

I’ve been with Club Royale for years and have no plans to ever go anywhere else. Their staff has always treated me as if I were their most important customer (and they work on a lot of boats that are WAY more expensive than my 27 year old 17ft bow rider) and the service on my boat has always been top notch. From a minor electrical issue that Brad quickly fixed while I waited (thanks for saving my boat day!) to a rebuild of the entire top-half of my outdrive a couple of years ago, the quality of the work has truly been great. Looking forward to working with them for many more years to come!

Just bought a bought from Club Royale and had a great experience! They have a large selection of boats. We are first time boat buyers and needed to explore several different types of boats before we narrowed down to the type we wanted. Our salesperson, Mike, was so knowledgeable and patient! He knew everything about all their boats, all the nitty gritty details, and even boats they don't carry. He made us feel so comfortable and didn't try to upsell us on anything. In addition to the boat, we got dry rack storage. Pricing was very fair - in fact, much cheaper than competitors. I would absolutely recommend Club Royale. Ask for Mike - he's the best!

So I looked all over for a speed boat originally, I wanted to check out the brand Supra to see what they were All about. And man the boats are sick I tell ya. Good news was I ended up purchasing a pontoon instead, because that fit our needs a little better. MAN These guys are awesome they took us on the lake showed us all the features-such a great hands on experience and very thankful for that. If you want service where they treat you like family you will so get it here. A unbelievable experience that I haven’t received anywhere else. Highly reputable and highly respected. I will recommend anybody to this place no matter what kind of boat they Are looking for! Ask for Cole the “owners” son one he’ll of a guy! Good news is if you buy a boat from them they have slips at a few of the most popular lakes in the area

I made initial contact with Brad at the boat show while looking for a new dock system. Brad, from the beginning, was extremely professional and courteous in answering all my questions. With the pending COVID issues, it took me some time to reach a decision to proceed with a Shore Master system. Throughout that process, Brad remained engaged and supportive of all my questions. Once I decided to proceed, Brad continued his support in helping me find an installer for the dock. Given the delays in all the installers due to COVID, Brad worked closely with the installer and I to ensure a good experience. We LOVE our new Shore Master dock and the whole experience was great!! I highly recommend Club Royale and Brad for any of your future dock needs.

You can buy a boat from any dealer and generally get good service from your sales person. But just like when you buy a new car, it’s what happens after the sale when problems arise that really makes some places stand out.

Rob, the owner, and Brad, the service manager run a outstanding business and provide a level of service that is unmatched by any boat dealer/service center in the area.

Even during this Covid 19 situation and being extremely busy during the height of the season. I was able to get my boat in for service with Brad, get the repair done, and be back in the water in a matter of a few days.

The communication has always been outstanding and I can’t imagine buying or having anyone else service my boat. Looking forward to many years working with them.

Noticed my boat taking on water and grinding in the out drive. Took my boat up to see Brad. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, I told him the date of my next vacation and would like the boat for it, he said he’d make it happen and he exceeded expectations!!! Other marinas said I wouldn’t get it back until September causing me to lose out the whole month of August. Club Royale is now my go to marina for parts and service!! Thank you for giving me more time on the water with my family!!

I went to three different places before choosing Club Royale Sales and Service. It was definitely the right decision. Staff was extremely helpful at every step of the transaction. Five star is not enough for the service department. Another marina improperly winterize the boat. We damaged many water fittings and hoses. Other service center wouldn't try to get parts.
Called Club Royal and the young lady took my information and started looking for parts. We arrive at the service department about hour later and she was still trying to find parts. She got us everything to get the boat running for the holiday, and didn't break the bank. Thank you to the whole service department.
