This place is awesome they are very friendly and take good care of my dog.

I had a very positive experience at this location. Shout out to Amanda, and also a very helpful and informative young man (whose name I forget). Awesome people. Though Amanda was not able to give me the best deal in store, she was very patient and able to walk me through how to redeem a great deal on the website. I walked away very thankful to both of them for taking their time to explain all of my options to me. I went home and followed the directions that Amanda wrote down successfully.

This is Tanya Smith Verizon is a good store to visit they're very helpful they are it's not busy I'm hardly ever they they're a bit pricey but they have good products they have good cell phone products they have good stuff for speakers and they're very knowledgeable and it's and and I've been with them since I've been with them for 11 years and they even help to blind as well and they even have stuff for like you know keyboards and stuff like that

The young lady that assisted me was great! She was able to access a plan for me that will much better serve my needs, as opposed to the plan I presently have in place. I am so glad I went to this Verizon store today to seek help!!

Had a difficult issue that we had been dealing with for 9 months and COVID requirements made it even more challenging. Made an appointment at our local Monroe MI Verizon store and got GREAT customer service from Amy and Zack. Thank you. It means everything. I'll stay a Verizon customer as long as customer service stays high quality and accessible. Thanks to Amy and Zack for being patient and finding good options. It is much appreciated and they deserve accolades for doing GREAT customer service.

I was having trouble with my galaxy and Michelle waited on me, she was extremely pleasant, spent time trying to fix it, and kept trying. Unfortunate for me I'll be shopping for a new phone. Fortunately for her I will definitely go through her to help find me best fit and price. She is definitely an asset to your corporation. Good job

Wanted to give a big shout out to the Verizon store in Monroe. Went to get a new phone and transfer old last week. Worked with Amanda Binienda, an absolutely amazing solutions specialist. We've always loved the customer service at this store, but in a day when Customer service seems a lost art, I just have to give HUGE KUDOS to Amanda and the Monroe Verizon store! #thank you. #amazing customer service.

Also, we worked with verizon tech support via phone and spoke with two more amazing tech support specialists!! I made sure to let all of their supervisors know, that their customer service is what keeps me coming back!! In the case where I called the supervisor seemed almost surprised that I called to give kudos. He was very appreciative and said he usually only gets calls when people want to complain. I think it's so important to let managers know when their team is getting it right!! Thanks Verizon... you get it!!

I got my phones from Verizon, my old phone was really old. They went out of their way to help us upgrade our phone. They was really helpful and they made us happy me and my wife. We love Verizon they've been our phone for more than 20 years. And we're so happy with Verizon. And then we've been with Verizon and we love Verizon we will never change cuz Verizon we can count on them no matter what.

Very helpful and nice. I went in one day and was looking for a tablet. I, with help of a sales rep decided on the new Sony. I love it!!! Went back to up grade phone too. Was very happy. It may help to smile and have fun with the reps. They have a hard job with pissed off ppl because of Verizon policys.

Ok back again... waiting for about an hour and still no help after being signed in...

The store Manager Gary, quickly resolved an issue regarding a device trade in that another Verizon store failed to help with! I appreciate everything he did! He also did this remotely great customer service!

Got new phones S9 very pleased with the service. We did get a screen protector but I have a spot on the screen where there is air. And hard to use the rt side of screen until I try to rub the air out. As soon as I do you can see the air come back in

Was visiting family in the Monroe, MI area, and had a charging problem with my Pixel 2 XL. Initial diag was that I had a bad charging cord. Got a new cord, but ere 2 hrs passed, charging problem returned. 2nd diag was that there had to be issue in phone. They ordered new one, and had it delivered to where I was staying, next day. Went back to the store with old and new phone, and they got everything xfered in no time. Kudos on the great service received.

The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand what I needed and wanted didn't pressure me but allowed me to make a sound judge decision. I was very comfortable with it even after I went home and thought about it.

Another great experience with Michelle at the store. She is a rock star when it comes to customer service. She goes above and beyond to help me with what is best for my business account. Thank you again Michelle😊

I went to upgrade my phone and was in and out within a half hour. The customer service was great, and very polite. Definitely would return to this store.

I wouldn't go to any other Verizon. There are a few customer service people that I may gravitate to, but that's my choice.... Some people come in with an attitude but I always still see professionalism..
