The quality of care I receive here has been amazing every time lately! Charles Madden and Simon Ebbot (the two providers I’ve seen in the Family Medicine building recently) as well as all the nurses have been absolutely wonderful! They respond quickly to any and all questions or concerns, they show incredible attention to detail, they consider individual patient history when dealing with patients, and they always make sure I know what’s going on with my care. I’m treated with kindness and respect each time I go, and I feel heard with everything we discuss. They are all really involved with the care and making sure patient needs are met to the best of their abilities. I would 100% recommend coming here! Spectacular care all around :)

Great open spaces and design with a good sense of teamwork between offices. Lots of system checks that ensure the best care possible. [yes stating your name and birth day 4times may seem like overkill but its to ensure everyone's safety.

Been here a few times, but they couldn't write prescriptions and twice they just told me to go to ER , whats the point of a walk in clinic if they dont see you and if they do see you they dont do anything

Spectrum started screwing up all of my appointments so I had to switch providers. Same with the Obgyn next door and they neglected to call me for two weeks about a biopsy I had to get. The nurses and people who call you for test results at the emergency room can be judgemental too. It's mostly the nurses and receptionists where the problems are. There's only one doctor I had problems with and that was Brinsky, she made an offensive joke at our first appointment but my main problem was her prescribing me a medication I cannot take due to health issues. Since spectrum got new doctors there seems to be a huge irresponsibility and unprofessionalism with patients' health care and rights.

This place is a joke! My mother has been seeing Dr. McDonald for 2 1/2 years. She has had a UTI and yet he will not do any kind of testing or listen to her when she has to go to the walk-in clinic every day almost because of this. She had a bladder sling and has begged him to find out if that’s what’s causing all of her pain and infection but he won’t do anything and will be held responsible if anything happens to her.

I have been going here for the past 4 years and as much as I love the doctors the front desk/phone room staff are horrendous. Absolutely terrible people. I have NEVER once had a good experience with one. I’ve called management more then once and absolutely nothing has changed. Just today I was told my husband “is just gonna have to leave work early” to get an appointment for the following two weeks. Which I understand but you are not going to tell me he is going to have to leave. When I ask if there is a certain time available that is a yes or no. If not then I could say he is gonna leave early let’s see what is available. Soooooo rude over and over. So fed up.

Being a poor white working man with less than adequate insurance I am not eligible to see these doctors. When the insurance is all a scam to begin with. Greed. Simple Greed. Nothing more.
