03/04/23 or other fast-food restaurants were closed due to the other than Al's Coney Island food was good price was reasonable

The lady at the drive thru window is very nice. Food is cooked to order. Delicious. Very big menu. I love it. I would recommend to anyone that visits flint michigan.

The food has always been great. Coneys, fish n chips(they did forget my cole slaw), burgers and a full breakfast. Open 24 hrs. No dine in, strictly drive thru. You may have to wait a bit at busier times because it is cooked on demand, but worth it.

Customer Service is stellar! I called Saturday morning and the phone just rang and rang ... so figuring they were super busy, I hung up. Within moments after I hung up, 30 seconds or so, Al's Coney Island staff called me back to ask if they could take an order from me as they missed my call. WHAT??? No restaurant in my 54 years has EVER called me back if I hung up before ordering! Way to go Al's .... your establishment sets the GOLD standard for excellent customer service! And BONUS ... the two BLT sandwiches we ordered were delicious and so affordable... $7.00!

Always friendly service, Food is on point .. Absolutely love that Als is open 24/7.. There are plenty of options to suit any craving.. Hands down there is a reason that Als get a lot of customers and there always is a line of cars waiting.. Thank you for everything and keep up the great service..

I went back for the tenders and fries, Wow the fries were crisp on the outside soft and warm on the inside Double wow the chicken is fresh, well made, delicious and I can wait to feel hungry again so that i can have it again...

I was born and raised in the Flint area. I live in Ann Arbor now and everything cost an arm and a leg, the food at Al's would go for 2.5 to 3 times more in Ann Arbor. Burgers really do taste like real beef here, the hot dogs/chili dogs really taste like real beef, the salads are extremely fresh way above what you would expect for a late-night drive-through diner. Many of the women that work at the drive-thru are sweetie pies. The realness makes you feel good to be back home. The only negative is sometimes they do get a lot of customers and the wait could be up to 10 minutes.

I had to drive to go get fuel after work and it was around 2 o'clock in the morning and I saw that they were open 24/7. I decided to stop by on my way back home and when I got there there were several vehicles in the line. It did take a long time to finally get my food and I found out why. I felt so bad for the woman at the cash register because she was multitasking so much. It's kind of hard to be upset with someone when they're bombarded with so much to do. I think there were only two people working that night. I couldn't leave without warning them that the vehicle behind me pulled out of line and I knew that that was going to mess up everything. I give them five stars because of her attitude and the fact that she was so overwhelmed by taking New orders and getting payment for the existing orders. Personally I believe they need more staffing because the amount of people that were in line. I don't know if it's like this all the time, but if it is, then they definitely need more people working there. I had the Coney dogs and the seasoned fries and even though they were cold by the time I got back home which wasn't their fault because I live so far away, the food was still very good! I truly hope that whoever owns that restaurant reads this rewards those that were working last night (07/04/2017).

Food was hot and tasty. My order was complete like it was supposed to be. Besides the exterior of the building, seemed to be in order on the inside from the drive through window. Definitely should consider some sanding and paint work on the exterior. I passed it up a few times based on first impression of the exterior. Today I was hungry and was next door donating plasma. Saw a line of vehicles there so I took the plunge and glad I did.

One of my favorite restaurants in town. Food is very good, I like the Philly wrap and chicken gyro. Customer service is great also

I got the gyro and it was amazing! Toasted pita, extra sauce, onion and well done meat! I couldn't have made it better myself! It was on point!! I'll definitely keep coming back! Thanks!

We have been getting breakfast here for the last week ( we recently moved to the area & don't have a stove yet) the girls are always nice, the food is delicious 😋 and good price. This place has become my favorite. Their bagel breakfast sandwich is my favorite!!!

The menu is HUGE! If you have a taste for something, it's probably there. My breakfast (at 11:00 pm) was like home cooking. Very great!

The place was fire. We pulled up late and the line was long but well worth the wait. Food was on point, no mistakes at all. Service was extremely quick and friendly. Will most definitely be back.
