We had the pleasure of working with Amie at Howland Floor Covering. She made the process and decision making so easy. She listened to our needs and wants. Came up with some pretty cool ideas and narrowed down our choices which made it so much easier! She helped pick out the tile for shower and floor, cabinet and counter. Suggested fixtures color for shower, vanity and lights. She highly recommended Greg for the master bathroom remodel. He gutted the bathroom and started from scratch. He was amazing and we were thrilled with his work!

We loved that everything was coordinated and the remodel was flawless.

We have worked with Amie at Howland for two bathroom remodels as well as laminate flooring and carpet throughout part of our house. Amie doubles as an interior decorator - she has a great eye and knows how to help the flow in your house! Everyone at Howland is friendly and easy to work with. We used Howland's 15 years ago when we built our home and we returned to them when it was time to refresh the laundry room. We love their tile selections - tile that looks like denim! Amie and Dixie were wonderful to work with. Everything was completed in a timely manner. The installer made everything look perfect. We also used them to change out our carpeting. Howland's great selection and customer service keep us coming back!

Excellent service and friendly staff! Howland team was fabulous to work with, very helpful with all the choices I had to make for our new home construction. We had to choose tile flooring and backsplash for master bath walk-in shower, tub and vanity; guest bath tile flooring, carpeting for several rooms and most importantly LVP flooring for the majority of the house. Amie was amazingly helpful, with great suggestions. And the installation teams did such a great job with friendly service. Howland is the BEST! We have gotten many, many compliments on everything! I highly recommend this awesome team!

Amie and crew are an absolute delight to work with. Not only did they do a great job but they offered a ton of valuable insight that helped us create something we absolutely love. As soon as we wrapped up our floors we went back to them to re-tile our fireplace and we're about to start project #3 :) Highly recommend!

I bought laminate and carpeting from Howland last summer. I liked going to a local store and they had a good selection of materials. The staff was patient with me, lending me samples, and helping me to chose materials that were a good fit with my decor and level of traffic. Installation of the carpet was very fast and professional and the installation of the flooring was careful and exact. I liked everyone I worked with and thought pricing was reasonable. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Hands down the BEST experience we've ever had contracting work for our home. We had two other companies come in for quotes for our new flooring, and did not have a very positive experience with either. After mentioning this, Howland was recommended to us by family AND neighbors, and so I sent an inquiry via their website. Within 20 minutes I had received a phone call, and the next morning Amie was at my house to measure. She listened to what we were looking for, thoroughly examined the workspace (even got down on the floor to look for clearance/leveling issues), and provided her recommendations. She was back later that afternoon with samples and a quote. I knew immediately we wanted to go with Howland, as the other two companies 1) took weeks to make it to our house and provide a quote, and 2) did not seem interested in making sure we had a floor we were excited about, and 3) were happy to take shortcuts Howland would not (not carrying flooring under the dishwasher, not prepping/leveling the floor, etc.)
Within two weeks of the estimate, Tom was at our house installing the new floors. He went above and beyond to make sure it was done right, and had a big smile on his face the whole time. Every detail was considered (base boards, molding, leveling, under the dishwasher clearance, etc.) and he even fixed a tile issue WE had created to be sure the flooring he laid was done right. EXCEPTIONAL customer service. We have half a house left to remodel (including flooring, countertops and some tile work), and we will absolutely be using Howland for all of it.
From a price perspective, Howland was very close with the first company, and lower than the second. I have no doubt we received the BEST deal for our money, and probably saved some in the process. As my 5 year old said, "Howland rocked it, Mom."

Howland Flooring did an amazing job on sanding, and refinishing my hardwood floors, I would 10/10 suggest them to a friend. Not only did they do a great job, but they also squeezed me into their schedule, earlier than anticipated, which helped me soo much.

From the expertise, knowledge, fair/competitive pricing, to installation, working with them was just wonderful and took a lot of stress off of us in our projects from home renovation to complete new construction. I recently had luxury vinyl plank installed by Howland Floor in five rooms. The floors look amazing! Howland went above and beyond, from the first walk-through consultation and picking out the best flooring option for my needs with Amie, to the carpet removal and installation of the new flooring with Tom. Even when the removed carpet revealed less than desirable floors underneath, Tom went above and beyond to ensure the new flooring would lay properly and look amazing. During the install, Tom explained things every step of the way. I also had pleasant experiences with Dixie and Mallory when calling in. I highly recommend Howland.

We worked with Aime for the second time. It was a delight. She helped us select all our floor coverings when we built our house 13 years ago. This year, we had to replace carpeting due to water damage plus some areas due to wear. Aime is efficient in her approach. She provided solid product information and led us through her suggested options without pressuring us in any particular direction.

Also, the carpet installers did an amazing quality job. The install occurred on time and efficiently. Also, as sometimes happens with carpet installation, this crew did zero damage to the painted walls and baseboards thru the whole process.

Howland Floor Covering has always exceeded our expectations when it comes to providing product and service. Our first experience was when they provided all of flooring for our new house. We have used them ever since. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been using Howland for the last several years and they have been fantastic. Amie and Dixie are great to work with. Their installers do great work and have done many rooms in our building. We plan to keep using them for all of our future flooring needs.

Rich the installer was a real pro. Our kitchen is unlevel (older home) and our choice in tile made the work challenging for Rich but he walked through our options with us and made it look amazing. My wife and I couldn't be happier. Would definitely work with them again!
