I believe the road commission does a great job! I sincerely hope there are plans for a round-about at the crossroads area of M-553 and Co Rd 480. So busy and long lines form several times a day in each direction. Everyone confused on who goes first! Many near misses witnessed. Dangerous intersection!

They do the best they can in a very harsh climate

I was in the turn lane to take a left hand turn onto county road 587 right next to the yoopers tourist trap. As I was waiting to make the turn, a county plow completly ran me into oncoming traffic. How I didn't get hit by the plow or oncoming traffic is still a mystery. The plow driver made the decision to not yield to me as I was waiting to make a LEGAL turn. My life could've been taken due to the complete carelessness of the plow driver. Rushing someone into oncoming traffic because plowing the center lane is more important than their life is one of the most unethical things I've ever witnessed. As I called to complain about the incident, the phone operator acted like it wasn't a big deal because I wasn't in an accident. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Not once since the snow hit has any plows came rhrough our streets!! We may as well be invisible! We live here on base and are usually are the last to get plowed, even though people put here have to get up early for work. We are disabled and unable to shovel, so we depend on the road commission to at least plow our street after a storm!

Honestly it’s embarrassing to live here, the quality of the roads gets worse every summer and they don’t plow until at least 8am after everyone is already able to park on them again

Absolutely lazy workers and horrible management.

Marquette county has by far the worst roads of anywhere I have ever lived!
