CRC Appliance Sales

I had an issue with my dryer some time ago. CRC was the company that Consumers Energy Appliance Care sent to service my machine. A part had to be ordered. Brandon W. was the tech who came to install the part, and then identified another issue and resolved it. 😊 My dryer started working great again. Last week the dryer stopping working. I would have never imagined I would get the same tech again, but did! Brandon W. told me what it might be, sure enough that’s what it was. So grateful for the knowledgeable, customer service driven professionals that are still out there!!!! Thank you Brandon

CRC staff is very accommodating and have always assisted me and my family with are needs as it relates to appliances. They have repaired my washer and dryer at a good price as well as provided me with good rates with new appliances of refrigerator and another dryer. I would recommend this company for any of your appliance needs.

My parents have used CRC on 3 or 4 occasions. Highly recommend. Great price and service. Have had same tech each time and he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to get him out within one day of calling.

Went in today everything was clean and nice the sales lady Sharron was very nice and helpful. we picked out a washer, dryer, fridge, stove and dishwasher and they gave us a discount and free delivery for later this week. While I was there I saw a customer come in with an issue and received a cash refund no problem and all my appliances had at least 30 day warranty. I was very happy with the service I received!

I got my washer and dryer there 4 years ago, and just had to replace the dryer; washer is still going strong! 10 outa 10 recommended!

I had issues with my dryer. I was treated great by the whole team. The owner Scott went out of his way once he relized the problem was not what was thought initially.He was very fair. The bad reviews on here I understand but people must see that it is a used appliance placen &they do the best they can to check them over before you buy them. My fridge from them still running strong after years.

Bought many appliances from CRC over the last several years. Landlord for about 20 houses. Good used appliances , decent warranty. Always have a decent selection. Tanya was very helpful.

Andrew came out to repair a switch on our dryer today and we could not have been any more pleased with him, in every way possible. Not only did he do a fabulous job but is about the sweetest young Man you could ask for. Thank you Andrew and CRC!

Went to look for an electric stove and they wanted to much $300

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They were able to get the parts I needed and prices were very reasonable. The used appliances for sale were clean and good prices I thought.I will go back again.

I have the consumers appliance plan. This company was sent out to repair my dryer. Johnny the tech was extremely professional. He wore PPE the whole time and respected the social distancing guidelines. He explained what he did, showed me the parts replaced, and was in and out in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend him for any appliance fix. Thank you Johnny!!

Very fast service! Found my dryer in 10 seconds..will prob outlast the rip off from ABC Warehouse at 400 bucks for a new piece of junk and lasted 2 yrs..really?? Love this place, would recommend to all...happy in Holly

Went to store to purchase stove. When I arrived I was greeted by very friendly sales woman she was able to help me find a reasonably priced stove which also came with a 30 day warranty. I was all around impressed and will be telling my friends and family about them.

CRC Appliance Repair is great! They were quick to come out and fixed the problem without trying to sell me. They also have a store with a great selection of used appliances for my rental properties. Highly recommend! Maria S.
