Mark really helped me out today. I started with Dylan at the store and he also helped out a lot but we were having trouble getting my old phone to work for a new phone and mark took over and just figured out what was going on (I had a VPN) and gave me a little money off because of how long it took. I’m super thankful for both of them but especially mark! Thank you to this team. Yall were real💯

Went in today for a cracked phone hoping to get it upgraded and to trade in my old phone, and I must say probably the best customer service I've ever experienced. It was near closing and the one guy that was still there was juggling 3 customers at once and did an amazing jpb. He went above and beyond to be honest. Answered all my questions, super friendly, patient and was even willing to stay well past closing to finish my transfer. Never got his name or perhaps missed it but all I can say is that I'm super thankful for the experience. Would highly recommend this place for all your phone needs.

Me and my daughter went there after she cracked her phone screen. We were both eligible for upgrades, and Dylan found a very good promotion for us. He handled everything very well, and we walked out of there with new phones without it hitting us in the pocket too bad. Very helpful place.

Mark was awesome! He was attentive and really understood what I was looking for, and asked questions to help fine tune my service. When a device I was bringing to Verizon wasn't compatible unexpectedly, Mark was incredibly helpful and directed me to a current deal for the brand I asked for, and I never felt pressured. He seemed genuinely interested in making me happy and he definitely succeeded! I live an hour away but had other errands to run in Shakopee, and I'd definitely go out of my way to get Mark's help again!
