Great place! Love their coffee, great donuts and sandwiches. Nice place to sit and chat.

The staff was so sweet and helpful. Food is good and this location is super modern and comfortable inside. Great place to stop and get a quick meal.

Even with the person that was in training, my service was great! Both young men were very curtious and patient with me.

Everything about Tim's is great, I had the strawberry coconut refresher and it's a perfect sweet drink but not overly sweet either, very refreshing! Great job 👏🏻 thankyou to the crew who attended to us today! Very friendly!😁

Probably the best Tim Hortons / gas station I've ever been to in my whole life. It is so super clean and they literally have everything you could think of. Cold food hot food deli food...if you're a drinker or looking for something unique then they probably have it. They the most amazing fountain drink station I've ever seen!

This location has great staff! Always super kind and on top of stuff. Fast paced! I really do love this location! They have slightly lower prices then other top brand coffee shops. After moving to the area and amongst other BS with my former fav (Dunkin), Tim's has become one of my top. Only complaint is the app. Laggy. Offers kinda suck. And you can only redeem points for specific drinks. Not including iced carmel macchiato. (My drink lol) But that is Tim Hortons as a whole.. not this location specifically.

The coffee is always fresh, the servers are always friendly and they don't usually run out of my favorite donuts. Bonus. As a vegetarian there isn't a lot I can eat on the menu, but back when I did eat meat there were many tasty and affordable options my kids and I enjoyed.

I must say a lot of people are a huge fan of the coffee I am kind of half and half when it comes to that but The service is great They are kind and the food is pretty decent as a fast food breakfast spot It's one of our favorite things to stop and get when we're on the road We have to get a little small pack of timbits some egg and cheese sandwiches maybe a couple muffins some drinks the kids love the hot cocoa They're bagels sandwiches are bomb.com and iced coffee was good... And the hash browns are my husband's favorite.

I was very excited to hear we were getting a Tim Hortons near our neighborhood. As fast food goes, I prefer their sandwiches. There is a family pub, a subway, a Wendys and MicDonalds all on the same crossroads. The McDonald is right across the street and has such a bad reputation for customer service and continually getting our orders wrong. I usually order plain lattes and they are forever putting flavor in it. It’s a bad joke. Everyone expects them to screw up. I thought when Tim Hortons moved in they would literally put them right out of business. From the beginning they've a disappointed . I hope they can improve as they do have decent food. They are seemingly clean in appearance. The shop itself is attached to a gas station so the coffee house feel isn’t there but I can live with that. They are geared more for drive through. Their main issue is they are really really slow. Every time I’ve been in, I’ve waited far too long and most of those times I’m the only one there. The people behind the counter have no sense of urgency and inappropriately chat instead of taking care of business. Another problem they seem to have is being out of things. Like turkey on one occasion and bacon on another. If I were a manager, I’d hightail it to the nearest grocer before I’d tell someone I was out of anything that was on my menu. Lastly, I was in the drive through the other day and whoever was working handed my card back holding it to the back side of the bag my sandwich was in. I had no idea he was doing that and just happened to grab the right place or it may have fallen. I’m used to getting the card back before the meal and it felt like an afterthought and made me a little nervous. I’m just bummed bc I was hoping for better. I still hope they can get their act together because that corner is the perfect opportunity for a good business.

Update: I feel like they have really upped their level of service and I really needed to make this update. I’m happy to report I’m a regular there. They are much faster, there’s a sense of organization and urgency. There’s also a real appreciation towards their customers. I love how they make a point of recognizing regulars. Maybe they heard the complaints but it’s 100% better. I’m going to guess the improvements have made an impression on the competition bc McDonalds across the street has also improved. To be honest, we only get coffee or pop there but they were notorious for screwing it up. So the other restaurants on the corner better watch out. Tim Hortons is putting their name on the map.

The people at this Tim Hortans are always super kind to me, efficient and go out of their way to make my experience a pleasant one. Yesterday I ordered a hashbrown online and they didnt have any ready but she knew Id be back at some point this week and offered me a freebie next time or offered a donut instead. I just said it's ok and went about my day and today she obviously communicated to the rest of the staff because as they handed me my order, she told me "And ur hashbrown from yesterday is in there!" Also the particular staffmember today who I usually have always address me by name and ask how my day is going genuinely not just generic delivery and it makes me feel like they care about me or know me other than my regular order. It's a nice way to start the day especially bc the last few weeks I started a new job and been pretty tired and stressed so my cold brew, breakfast and these awesome people been helping kickstart my energy. thanks yall! ❤❤❤

I was having a bad day during a bad week and the staff at this Tim Hortons made me cry. They were so kind to me and were such a bright spot in a dark day! I can’t thank them enough for their kindness!

As much as I frequent this location, I've had very minimal issues. Service is with a smile, polite, and promt. Quality is exceeding and delicious! Good job!

To be honest...I love coffee shops that have more options like Starbucks...but those places cost alot more and they are not as fast. I love Tim Hortons speed and price.

The breakfast sandwich I had was great and the hash brown way better McDonald's for less money

Surprise my coffee was $1 today. In January 2018, all coffee sizes $1. Conveniently located off of I-96, exit 101.

Love the people here! They always take care of me when I come in.
