Nic Cain was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and plans being offered. He listened to what I wanted out of a phone and ordered the exact model and color I wanted. He also went over my plan and was able to cut out many unnecessary expenses I didn’t realize I was paying for. I highly recommend paying him a visit.

Ashley Palmer, store manager is by far the best person working for the entire company, if you ask me. I had more difficulty getting my grandpa’s wireless home phone modem to activate than anything else in life ever! After 2 days of countless phone calls & being transferred to various reps in different departments, all of whom just keep having me try the same thing too, I was beyond frustrated. I took the modem to the store, and Ashley’s magic touch made it activate, finally! I was in awe! I still had trouble with the modem after getting it back to my grandpa’s place. It worked briefly, but after making 1 call, now instead of a dial tone, we just got a busy signal. I called Ashley and she helped me get it working again by resetting it. She advised I return the device due to all the problems. It was actually purchased at the Brighton location. Horrible experience at that location…. I still had issues with the new one. I called Ashley again & she fixed the issue by activating the SIM. I don’t know why the manager I worked with at the Brighton store didn’t do that in the first place. Huge accolades to Ashley for her patience with a very frustrated customer. She is a very caring person in general. If it hadn’t been for her, my 98 yr old grandpa would have no way to make or receive phone calls in his new place.

Wonderful experience and fantastic team in this location. I worked with Devon on an upgrade and it was smooth sailing. He helped me with all kinds of products and answered all of my questions and made sure I was 100% comfortable with my new device before I left the store!

Shout out to Ashley Person! did an amazing job & was super professional the entire time she was helping us! She was helping 3 people at one time but still made everyone feel accommodated for & listened to. i was having a hard time getting my service to work & logging into my account & she made it super easy after i had been ran around by customer service online. We appreciate her more than she knows!
