Great customer service. Very patient postmaster.

I have always been treated promptly and politely. I am truly grateful for their service both inside the building and the especially those who drive and walk their routes.

LPO is the best for what they have as far as updated ways. The workers are fast and polite when they are dealing with long lines that seem to be all at once! LPO is the best! Helpful when I call and go out of their way to assist!

I just had to pleasure of talking with Mr. John Rowley at the Lincoln Post Office. John was very professional, cordial and polite in taking care of mail forwarding.

I hate leaving reviews like this but there are days I go without getting any mail. Then I get a TON. Obviously they either don’t have a carrier or they just don’t complete the route.

I have absolutely zero clue as to what is going on with this post office moved here in September and have had nothing but issues with packages being delivered to wrong addresses or just not delivered at all. I've had to call down and ask about missing packages..Where I had the unfortunate pleasure of speaking to Lee this man simply does not care about customer service or making sure packages arrive to there destination. Lee has asked me what I think he should do about my packages not getting delivered I've asked him to just call my carrier because that's what the former supervisor would do when I called in.This man has told me on several occasions that after my package was delivered to the wrong address they'd get me my package when they get it to me. He's told me on the phone to come to the office to pick stuff up only to tell me he never told me to come. I genuinely don't understand why you'd have a federal job with a responsibility level this high if you're not going to do the job. I run a small business and depend on my packages being delivered to my home.

Some of the people who work here are extremely rude and unprofessional. Especially the manger or boss, whatever it is you'd like to call him. It's a post office for crying out loud. There is no need to be so extremely rude all the time especially when someone like me or my grandma are being nice. Staff need to work on there attitudes and manners here.

Horrible customer service. I called to check Receipt of my package, and see if it was available for pick up. I spoke with a man named Lee who from the start was extremely hateful. I was told “We never got no packages”. I then pointed out that my other package had arrived from USPS today and that my tracking number for the package in question says that it’s in Lincoln Illinois and was told “yea well we didn’t get any packages like I told you” I was then promptly hung up on. Worthless!

Haven’t got mail in 4 days bc my car is broke down and the mail man won’t deliver my mail bc my car is a little over the walk way but the mail box is completely open but claims my mail box is blocked

The post office picks and chooses who gets mail delivered on saturdays. Been keeping track for two years now. Ill will be filing a complaint.

Postal deliveryman just throws my packages at my door. Smashed my last delivery.
