Today's visit perfect! Harry saved me money and got both me and my miss a new phone! They know their stuff and do it right! The new store is amazing and I'm on the new network too now. Rock Town this the best phone store. Come see these guys at Boost.

I stopped in about a month ago on a spur of the moment after reading the awesome reviews and satisfied customers. I walked in and was met by the dynamic duo of Mike and Bryan , I told them what iPhone I was looking and Mike looked up my options and 45 minutes later I walked out with a new IPHONE, case and screen protector. What summed up the 5 ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐review that they gave 30.00 credit for my old soon to be paperweight IPHONE. I learned a couple of things just hanging around while the transferring my data to my new phone.#Liquid screen protector # Definitely trustworthy # Honest

We had the best experience ! We were overwhelmed by the help, wisdom, kindness and skills Harry and Amen used to get my phone upgraded! They also helped me get my son his first phone! Their patience and thoroughness was outstanding! Anyone would be lucky to work with them!

I had several questions so I stopped in at the RI location. I met Mike (with really long hair) and he was awesome. He very patiently helped me (which took awhile) Two 👍👍 up for Mike!

I was having a problem with my phone on my messaging, I went three different times and had three different people look at it plus friends of mine and they all say well everything is set up I don't understand why it's not working it was not sending me any kind of notification when I received a text. I went in today and Michael looked at it and he kind of thought outside the box and he fixed it. I just want to say he's the man I bowed down to him told him I was going to give him a great rating on Google and I think his boss needs to give that man a raise cuz this has been going on for months! P it was the only one able to figure it out those are the kind of people you want to keep on the payroll and he definitely deserves a raise in my book! Once again thank you Michael you are the man!!

He got me all set up with my EBB Hotspot box, got me back into my email, fixed the issues with my EBB application, and made sure I understood how everything worked while dealing with other customers, phone calls and my screaming and fighting kids. You definitely have patience and know what you're doing, I will definitely be back to port over for that IPhone we talked about!

I Stopped in today to buy my son a phone at the Rock Island location and I had a good experience. Derrick Jackson helped me purchase a phone. Great customer service. I went in about 10mins before closing time and I did not feel rushed. He explained everything so well. Derrick answered all my questions and concerns. He is a great asset to the boost mobile team! I walked into this store and was so angry and frustrated about my phone one of the salesman must’ve seen my frustration all over my face because he instantly walked up to me with a great big smile and one of the most honest pick up lines I’ve ever heard made me crack a smile he was so helpful and understanding of my budget and what I needed as far as a new line I was so amazed at how he had an answer for everything I asked him such a great employee Thanks DeAngelo you saved my day n I got exactly what I needed definitely a great store if u every have any problems this is the one u need to visit. I went to boost very frustrated because my phone wasn’t working properly, and i was helped by Deangelo! he was fast and professional!! he understood my frustrations and didn’t stop helping me until I was satisfied no matter how long it took. To be honest, I was thrown off by the genuine vibes I encountered in my time of the purchase. Whitney and the new employee showed amazing customer service and professionalism. Definitely recommend the store and those specific employees in my book!

Went to this boost mobile store last week and had a great experience!! One of the workers deanglo was very helpful and educated on the issues with my phone! It was a quick fix!! I did a factory reset and I didn't remember my previous gmail account. Amanda took the time to help me access my life again through my old gmail account. Go see her, she's awesome and goes above and beyond to help with your phone needs.
