For all that don't understand shipping prices... these independent service providers do NOT dictate shipping prices. The shipping companies decide what the charges are. These small businesses provide a convenient method to send your packages for a very resonable fee.

The best shipping store you will find. I have gotten positive comments from people I've sold items to about the wonderful packing job I did. I don't admit to them that I didn't do it🤣 i know I can drop off whatever it may be, and they will take great care of it. I also go here for my car licenses and stickers. I recently required the shopping service for an automobile wheel to my residence from a salvage yard in Illinois. A quick search led me to Roscoe Pack and Mail where they made it happen in a timely fashion, without any issues.
All phone calls, both made and received were met with a friendly and helpful staff that had all the answers and were knowledgeable of shipping processes.
The wheel was packaged exceptionally well, using both the correct dimension box as well as proper internal packing materials to help assure there was no momentum issues or damage with such a heavy item.

I had the pleasure today of meeting the owner who went over and above and I mean way above to help me fulfill my shipping needs. I have used many different shipping companys before but not like his establishment. I normally dont leave reviews like this but when a company stands out like this I have to say something. I was in a real tight spot and could not figure out how to get my items shipped due to major complications but Marshal uncomplicated everything and simplified the entire process quickly and my order was on its way. They are all soo nice and super helpful. The variety of services that are offered from shipping, license plate renewal or new plates, titles, stickers to printing & faxing, drop off for packages and they even have a notary. They are quick and have convenient hours, basically the best place around to go to!

I stopped in yesterday to mail a package..not realizing that it was a USPS shipping label. He stated I would have to take it there because of low staffing and so many amazon packages now being shipped they don't pickup big items from him anymore. No problem here! I wanted to leave this review because I didn't have the box taped and ready to go...he used his supplies to make sure my package was ready to go to the post office and drop it off. That's great customer service in my book!!! A+++ for service!!!

I shipped a large, heavy, piece of equipment to Massachusetts. I had no clue how to pack or ship it. The owner was just what I needed. He explained the different options and costs to me. He packed the equipment up and sent it with tracking number. The recipient in Mass. reported that it was the best packaged piece of equipment he has every received! He hooked it up and it operated perfectly. I have come here often for the best service, friendliest people, and absolute professionalism.
