I was looking for a last season necklace that my mother-in-law wanted a few weeks back and Sandy was so kind to look for it at multiple locations. Unfortunately, she was unable to find it then and I thought I was out of luck. I was so surprised and appreciative when she found one and went out of her way weeks later to let me know she had located it for me! I called the store and was able to complete the order with Phyllis. Top notch, customer service on all fronts! The staff was very helpful finding new sizes after my recent weight loss. It was wonderful.

I spent a lot of time with the staff to order a few clothing since they don't have my size. However, the staff did not verify the credit card address is different from shipping address and the entire order got cancelled. I am very disappointed on the staff's service since it should be common sense to train a qualify staff.
