Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel

I don’t know how anyone couldn’t give this place 5 stars. Was here for a recent dog show (thanks for allowing us to have our dogs there, by the way). It was such a nice hotel. Comfortable beds, good amenities, good conference room. The on site restaurant is delicious. I hope we will be back soon!

Stayed here for a cheer comp and it was so convenient to be in the same hotel. My room was really clean and felt big - had lots of room for all our stuff. James at the front desk went above and beyond and had genuine care whenever we had a question or needed anything.

Was here for the CABDA Midwest show this past week, and the service is incredible. Albert was more than helpful, not only with recommendations on where to eat, rides to and from the hotel and setting us up with a ride back to the airport for my team and I. Albert goes above and beyond the course of action to provide top tier customer service. If there was a possibility to give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you Albert for the incredible hospitality and we look forward to seeing you again next year.

This hotel is amazing! My husband and I got married here last month. I fell in love with the Renaissance Schaumburg right away. It is so beautiful, big, and clean. Not to mention, the staff is amazing. Audrey was our event manager and I couldn’t have asked for a better one. She took over a couple months before our wedding since the previous manager got relocated. Audrey was responsive and always willing to help out. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The room was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable. There was a charging station that was a pre-Y2K museum piece. When I arrived early, my room wasn’t ready but they took my cell number and notified me when it was ready. I waited at the Public House Pub and ate most of my meals there. The food was good and they have a cider on tap. The saline pool is wondrous as you can float without effort.

The Renaissance hotel hosted our corporate holiday event and it was wonderful. The staffs were courteous, professional and very pleasant to work with. Megan did a fantastic job organizing the entire event The food was delicious and our guest truly enjoyed the entire event.

We were recently here for a cheerleading competition.
The hotel was great. The rooms were clean and with the convention center connected, we were able to access everything easily.

Was here on business and had a wonderful stay. You are also very lucky to have Albert as a shuttle driver. He is definitely a true asset to this Hotel. Genuinely kind hearted and always wanting to help. He made my stay more than I expected.

Leadership conference. Great space, easy parking. Clean, good ventilation didn't feel like there were 725 people in the room. Excellent lunch fresh and efficient in the service

Lots of great working and casual sitting space on the lobby level. Just wished the lobby bar stayed open past 11:30/midnight on Friday/Saturday. Comfortable rooms with those TVs in the bathroom mirror and international friendly electrical outlets. Kids will like the fountain outside.

Short walk to the convention center. And I’m always a fan of free parking.

I stayed at this hotel a while back, and I must say, it met my expectations quite well. The room was comfortable and clean, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. The staff were polite and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience. I'd consider staying here again in the future, so it deserves a five-star rating.

The hotel was so nice as was the staff. I really enjoyed the room we got. It was clean and spacious. The concierge lounge was great and the people serving there were so nice. The appetizers were tasty as well as the desserts. If I had a complaint, it was the parking situation because it felt like I had to park so far away from the entrance. It’s not a dealbreaker but it’s something to consider. I was told to try to park by the restaurant because that’s closest to the doors by the elevators.

The hotel is fantastic, albeit a bit away from other areas. Of course, this depends on your needs, I needed to go magnificent mile a couple of times, and it was 1 hr. Even going to ohare was 40 mins.
But the facility is pristine, well kept. Elegant spacious their service is superb.
Rooms are clean, comfortable spacious, and perfect AC plus a great non-slip tub (even though my preference are walk-in showers, this one has a size that I didn't mind).
Bars and restaurants on site are perfect, too.
Major plus this has free parking and convenient proximity to stores and some restaurants in the area.

Stayed for a work convention over 3 days & all I have to say is wow. Beautiful place to stay. Amazing friendly staff. The entire hotel is simply a 10 out 10. Thank you for getting it right!

Attended brickworld holiday joy at this convention center and the place was very nice! Bathrooms, halls, and convention rooms were clean and appealing overall with plenty of parking outside.

Good location, happy with the service. Big parking lot for cars with trailers. Other comments talk about I-90 being noisy but not a problem for us on the 9th floor.

I stayed at the Renaissance Schaumburg for work this past week and I can't say enough about how beautiful the hotel is and how wonderful the staff is. Dwayne, Alec, Kyle, Rex, Asia and Mariah at the front desk are all exceptional, kind and professional individuals who make you feel right at home. The shuttle driver, Albert, is also a wonderfully vibrant addition to the dynamic staff at this hotel. He made all of our shuttle drives so enjoyable and full of laughs. The hotel itself is calming, clean and eco-friendly. There are many nooks to work at within the lobby, which is refreshing when you want a change of pace from working at the desk in your room. If you're traveling for business or pleasure, I can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff is absolutely what made this trip so enjoyable - 10/10!

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Aveda products in the bath area, Amazing sitting and meeting areas in the lobby, cozy fire place. Restaurant was great, food and staff were way more than expected. Highly recommend. Not close to much of anything if you’re traveling without a car, so plan on renting a car and spending on Uber. Also no airport shuttle. Overall a quality hotel and the meeting and conference areas are ideal.

Great service, staff there helped in every aspect of locating rooms for convention and provided comfortable and relaxed experience. Room was well appointed with all amenities.
