Linda’s is a great hometown breakfast/lunch dinner/restaurant located in downtown Winthrop Harbor Illinois. Very inexpensive breakfasts. Food is fresh and tasty. ☕ Get there soon. Building owner is evicting them.😢

Really good Mexican-American fare at reasonable prices in a cozy space.

First time dining in here was this past Feb. and my family and I definitely enjoyed our meals.

Love the atmosphere, the staff provide exceptional customer service and I'm for sure this place is a Harbor favorite.

I'll definitely come back soon being both the American and Mexican munchies are awesome here!

The best place ever.
I have been going here since I was a child and the service, food and atmosphere has always been amazing and homey. I would spend entire paychecks here when I first began working, moved away and drove an hour and a half just to get their food. You can buy their sauce as well!!! If I could bring a gallon jug and they'd fill it I would easily spend $100 for it no questions asked. I suggest all of my friends and family to come here. Anyone that has tried their sauce now drives out of their way just to get it. It has gone through some renovations but it is still as amazing as I remember.
Best breakfast burritos, waffles, french toast, pancakes, crepes, tacos, enchiladas, steak ranchero, all of their food is delicious. Cheap but great quality.
The parking has 2tiers, one on the street level and one in the lot. If you are a wheelchair user I suggest parking in the lot so it is a bit easier to wheel up, the door is about 32in so depending on the chair most roll in with ease.
Also if you have children they do have booster seats and somehow can make the crankiest kids happy and calm, I don't know how... I wish I did.

All the workers are super nice. The skillets are delicious with the beans and tortillas. I got an omelet with mushroom and broccoli and it was very tasty. Cool wall art.

First time here on the recommendation of someone who lived near by. I had the farmers skillet which was awesome! My wife had eggs, sausage, & hash browns which she said were phenomenal! Service and atmosphere were great at a fantastic price.

Went there with my family this morning. Only one waitress working. Took a little longer to order, but wasn't bad. The food was really good.

If you’re craving traditional American breakfast or Mexican food they have you covered. They usually have no wait time for seating, family owned and have great service! Check them out next time you are heading to breakfast or lunch. The Sunday soup of the day is my favorite creamy chicken and rice soup. Support local! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food is excellent, and the service is exceptional. Despite not being open all day, it's worth it you can't miss out on this place.

I really enjoy Linda's restaurant! The food is very tasty and the pricing is very reasonable. The service has been good everytime I've visited. Overall, it is the perfect neighborhood diner to grab a quick bite to eat. Linda's is a very casual and comfortable place to enjoy a meal!

What a great little restaurant, their food is always good and so is the service. In my opinion, it's one of the best restaurants in town. I think being consistent is really important when it comes to food. When you have something good, you don't change it. They are consistent. Good pricing to.

Linda's is our go to breakfast place. Service is fast and friendly, the food is great. My husband's favorite is the breakfast burritos with the Mexican potatoes. My favorite is their french toast. Great place to go if you're in a hurry but want a sit down breakfast.

Food was really great , but the service was just out of this world wonderful. Waitress was super friendly, wearing a smile from the time of our arrival to the time of our departure. Thankyou. !!! I will be back !

The food is very good, always served hot, even the toast is warm, I DO NOT like cold toast !, food is ALWAYS good.

I always find myself getting invited to this restaurant from my friends in Illinois I always try something different haven't been disappointed yet! Highly recommend getting a Mexican style dish breakfast or lunch

I had a No Carb 3 meat special order skillet that was delicious, hot, priced right and served quickly by a very nice waitress. This was made right and not soaking in grease like some places which was a pleasant surprise considering the three meats. The veggies were also cooked just right. Nice atmosphere, music volume was not over powering, seating is comfortable with tables and booths spaced appropriately, and a counter with a half dozen cushioned high back arm rest stools. All in all a good place for a inexpensive breakfast lunch or dinner.

This small restaurant right off of Sheridan road in Winthrop harbor is a wonderful little eatery. My wife and I enjoyed our breakfast even though she had cheese quesadillas for breakfast, lol. My 4 egg veggie Skillet with extra cheese was delicious and their sausage links are gigantic. Special mention, their coffee is wonderful, some of the best in the area. The personnel treated us like royalty. Wonderful service.

First time and loved it ! Great American and Authentic Mexican food ! Friendly family atmosphere and our waitress was excellent. We ordered both American , philly cheesesteak sandwiches , and Mexican tacos, both delicious. Came for lunch this time but portions so large it became my dinner !

Great food! Owner is awesome as well! Definitely recommend!
