Pottery Barn

Customer service was exceptional as always. The store was in immaculate condition. The displays were beautiful and the merchandising right on point. I wish Pottery Barn would carry a little bit more product like they used to displayed on the floor; but nonetheless, I still appreciate Pottery Barn and their exceptional products.

I am from Canada and was looking for a specific item, and the nice lady even spoke French, was super patient, sent the item to my US address and I am a happy customer!

After visiting the Oak Brook store we found an item. Spent a few more days looking around to see if that was exactly what we wanted. I was able to call the store directly and place order over the phone with Mandi. Very pleased that I didn't have to drive back to Oak Brook. I received a call earlier than expected that item was ready to be shipped. Was given a two hour window for delivery not your typical 4 hour with some companies. They just delivered my furniture and we love it. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience Pottery Barn. I will definitely consider your store when decorating other rooms in my home.

I spent time in the Pottery Barn, Oak Brook, IL, location, on Saturday the 7th. It was a beautiful day and quite busy. When I walked in, CLARICE immediately made eye contact with me, and I told her that I had a laundry list of items I was going to be purchasing. Clarice is incredible and clearly loves her job, and she was immediate in her response that she would be helping me. I was looking for new throw pillows for my couch set (7 in total) throw blankets, and a few other items - but my biggest purchase was going to be a coffee table, end table, and console table. I have to give a huge THANK you to CLARICE!!! She was absolutely amazing, and I had a fun time with her picking out a brand new color scheme for my living room. Clarice has a brilliant personality, and I appreciated her passion and ideas. She put colors together that I wouldn't have even thought to do, and she "staged" her ideas for me, and I was immediately sold! I've bought a LOT of furniture from PB and other items through the online site over the years, so this was the first time in a physical store in over a decade. I will DEFINITELY be returning to the Oak Brook location to work with Clarice on other purchases. My next goal is to get new couches, and I made sure to let Clarice know and told her that she will be my go to when that time comes. Everything she put together will work with the colors I'm looking at for the new PB couches. With that said, if you're going to be shopping at Pottery Barn in Oak Brook, IL, you should immediately ask for CLARICE. As a final note, whomever at the Corporate Office is responsible for rewarding employees, something extremely nice is warranted for Clarice, as she clearly is a highly valued employee. Clarice sets the bar for Corporate to focus on employee retention of their best employees, as it can be difficult to keep the best of the best motivated and happy. I've been in sales for over 20 year, and as someone who is a "boss lady" and responsible for building teams, I can appreciate those who go above and beyond and always make a point of giving credit when credit is due! This review may be a bit verbose, but I wanted to make sure that I didn't leave anything out! As a side note, as soon as I received the email from PB asking me to review my shopping experience with Clarice, I immediately clicked the link and gave her the highest praise! Thank you, Clarice!

I just called the store from the Braska and Veronica at the Oak brook store was so kind. I wanted beach towels and because they’re on sale she looked in every corner of the store and got somebody else to help her look and was able to come up with two in each color exactly like I wanted. She even took a picture of them on her phone and texted them to me to make sure it’s what I wanted. She really should get a raise. No one gives you that kind of service thes I just called the store from the Braska and Veronica at the Oak brook store was so kind. One of my favorite places. I love their decor and products.

This is a much smaller location, but still has excellent displays. The staff were very friendly!
My personal preference is the PB in Lincoln Park.

Bought a sectional from Pottery Barn and worked with Cindy. She was fantastic! Super friendly and very helpful. Loved her energy!

Good sale on lighting fixture that I found online. Parking is almost next to the store. The staff was quick and nice. Love it.
