Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

Ran in on my lunch break on 5/28, and was helped by Matt and Simone. All of the reps were truly friendly. I went in “just looking”…fast forward to purchasing a full dining set. Simone is simply a shining star. Talk about just being a true people person, solution oriented, and very patient as I figured out what may/may not work in my small dining space. Although it’s a furniture sale, this was an important moment for me as I transition into a new space. Thank you so much for such a great experience. 💞

My mom and I came in yesterday 4/13 and had a Wonderful experience shopping there! Miguel A. was so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. It was probably one of the best furniture shopping experiences I've had. I'm recommending anyone I know looking for furniture to come check you guys out. Again, big shout out to Miguel for his help!

The lovely salesperson Simone took very good care of me and my daughter May 10th. She made sure that everything was in order but most of all she made us comfortable with our choices and different options she provided us as we moved forward I will definitely be back soon. If you're looking for a mattress, you wont find a better deal! Big Sean is exceptional! He was helpful, patient, and helped us choose the best mattress for our sleeping styles. Highly recommend Bob's for mattress shopping and make sure to ask for Big Sean!

Sales rep Quintin very helpful and knowledgeable. Did not feel pressured during our first visit to the store but he stayed close enough to answer or questions when needed. We checked other places and found that Bob’s selection, price and product warranty was second to none. When we returned the purchase was flawless and uneventful. Great overall experience which is what brings a back to Bob’s Discount Furniture.

The staff in the outlet department was super helpful and friendly. I worked with Demetrius and some other guy I didn’t get his name. But he helped load my truck quickly and even told me how to put my merchandise together when I get home. I would recommend everyone to stop at the Villa Park store. Thank you Outlet Team you were the best ever.

Simone was awesome! She was very patient and attentive. This was my first experience at this location, and she had far better customer service than any of the others I’ve been to. Top tier. I really appreciate her time and professionalism.

I visited Bob's looking to buy new family room furniture. I walked in at the right time. In their outlet area, there was a sofa and love seat perfect for my area marked down more than half off. Miguel was our salesman. He was knowledgeable, personable and very patient. He answered all my questions and made me very aware of their policies as it relates to outlet furniture. Overall great experience!

If you need a new mattress do yourself a huge favor and go see Simone at the Villa Park Bobs. I was so skeptical about this place and never would have gone there, however when The Today Show recommended their mattress as the number one top rated, we went. Simone was friendly NOT pushy and most importantly knowledgeable. Our bed arrived the next day and we just love it. I’ve never slept better. Plus my husband loves the interest free offer the gave us…

We love the back room at Bob’s! Purchased two couches and a table that way and the discounted prices are awesome. Quality of the furniture pieces is also great. Will continue to buy furniture from them!

TIPS if you purchase from the back room/clearance section:

• make sure you check that the furniture doesn’t have damages you’re unaware of and that you plug it in if needed to make sure things work - sales are final.
•they don’t offer shipping on back room items
• you will need to pick the item up the next day
•if you don’t have a truck it’s easy to rent one for cheap
•both times we purchased were in the winter, renting a covered truck was defintely the way to go!

James was awesome! Explained all my options and answered my questions. He didn't really pressure me into something that wasn't a good fit for me. Sev was great as well. Came over to check in and make sure I was happy. This is my second purchase from this store and I couldn't me happier

This was the best service I’ve received from a furniture store. Nad was very professional and helpful with helping me purchase new furniture for my apartment. Everything was easy and process went very smoothly! Great place to shop for new furniture!

I worked with Quinton a very helpful young man I think him for his patience. I would also like to say that all of the bombs personnel that we ran into was nice and helpful.

I want to say Luis customer service was outstanding. I was going to leave because I asked one of the other sales rep a question and she really didn’t want to answer but Luis took care of me. Nichol and Maria his managers were great as well
