I have been bringing my car here for probably about 10 years. They have decent hourly rates on labor and they will not sell you something you don’t need. They are very honest people and it’s super cool working with them. They even give you a ride to and from if you aren’t too far. Their mechanics have been there a while so it tells me they treat their employees well. It’s a plus.

I’ve been taking my car to the dealership for maintenance and any necessary repairs for yeaarrrrsss. Recently I decided to try out an auto repair shop to get their input to fix the cause of the check engine light. I knew the dealership would want my unborn first, second, and maybe third child to do it. Wally was so helpful. He took the time to explain the possible causes and repairs associated with it. Even though they were hustling when I came in trying to get things done, he never let it show and was so pleasant talking to. I came in the next day for them to look at my car and I got the pleasure of meeting Mark. Again, they were hustling between the front desk, coordinating with the mechanics, and updating customers. I’m used to going into the dealership and you have people just hanging out at the desk, snacking, and mechanics stopping in for a 20min chat with a room full of people waiting.

I was plotting out where and how to sell a kidney to cover the potential cost of repairs while waiting for them to complete the diagnostic on my car. But it turned out my gas cap was the evil culprit and just needed to be replaced. The staff sent someone out to get a new one from the dealership and put it on my car. Walked out paying less than $30.

I truly appreciate the staff and mechanics here. I don’t think I’ve ever walked out smiling after taking my car in for being serviced up until today. Definitely have earned my business from now on. Thank Mark and Wally!

I haven't been in a while but they were prompt, honest and professional. I met the owner who worked there before he became the owner and he is a honest and hard working man. Kudos to you carrying the tor h of the previous owner as well as creating a legacy for you and yours.

Honest and trustworthy! I’m glad i came here! I was driving around auto shops to get estimates and ended up here. The other auto shops weren’t as welcoming as they were! Needed my front&rear rotors and brake pads to be replaced. My jeep has over 80k miles and haven’t changed them since. Left my car and told me they’ll let me know what needs to be done. When they called, they told me only the front rotors and brake pads are worn out and the rear ones aren’t worn yet and still seem new! (Dealership told me otherwise) They saved me money! It was my first time here as i always just go to the dealership. Definitely coming back!!!

Very professional and very decent prices! It is probably one of the fewer places where you can trust that your car will be done the professional way. All you have to do is , pass by any given day and you'll realize how busy they are. That alone should tell you something. We take all our vehicles to them, business or prive they will taken care the right way. Highly recommend.

I've started going here since my car is out of warranty. I really like the men at the front desk, they treat me with respect even as a woman. They have reasonable prices, treat my car well and answer all my questions. I really appreciate the quality service I get here.

Honest, affordable work. I've had my fair share of dishonest mechanics over the years and I can assure you that these guys are trustworthy. I've been going to them for about 7 years now. They always give me a straight-forward assessment of what needs to be done AND whether it needs to be done right now. A part they installed on my car about a year ago broke recently. Without me saying anything they reminded me that it was still under their warranty. They put a new one on completely free of charge; It was just another example of their honesty.

The prices are competitive, the work is fast, and the staff are a pleasure to deal with.

One of my vehicles just got above 215,000 miles and a big part of that is the work these guys are doing. Give them a shot, you'll be happy you did.

I brought my car to 3D for a second quote and the guys at 3D pointed out I didn't actually need some things another shop told me that I did. Ultimately, these guys ended up saving me almost $1,000 and did a fantastic job on the work that still needed to be done. I really appreciate their honesty. The owner and his associates were all very kind and a pleasure to work with. Thanks, I will be continuing my business with 3D moving forwards.

This is one of the best car mechanic places around. The employees here are honest and very nice. I went here almost 5 years ago because the price of an oil change was only $23...now 5 years later an oil change is still exactly $23! The men at the front desk are friendly and helpful. I came here on Saturday and, even though the parking lot was completely full, they had my car finished within an hour. I would recommend here to anyone. Very nice people here.

In an industry that is hard to find a place that has expertise, is trustworthy and reliable, this place is a great find. I am an engineer and know cars from inside out. I know what is needed and what is not. I have taken engines apart and put them back together. When I was looking for a trustworthy shop, I tested a few, but moved on, until I found Drew and his team. When was the last time a shop told you you do not need to do a work and waste money? Or given options that lower your cost for any job? Well these guys do. They have been taking care of all of my cars for the past 5 years. I highly recommend them.

Wally and Drew are friendly, female customer-friendly, honest, cost-conscious, and genuinely care about the safety and comfort of their customers. The quality of work is excellent, timely, and they keep track electronically when you need upcoming repairs and services so the customer can plan ahead for time and costs. I was visiting from Michigan when my car started acting up...I took it to 3D Complete Car Care on Friday February 14, 2020 and talked to Drew who showed me and talked to me about what was going on and how to fix my problem. I didn't understand a word of what he was saying. So he explained it again and again until I understood. He was very kind, understanding and patient with me. They did a wonderful job and fixed exactly what they said was wrong. Within hours I was on my way and the price seemed very reasonable. I recommend 3D Complete Car Care a 100%

I was soo stressed out about a lot of work needed on my car. 3D was able to do all of the work for about $1000 less then I was being quoted elsewhere. I thought it would take all day and I was happily picking up my car early afternoon. I can't say enough good things about this shop!! Fabulous service
