honestly I thought it was an amazing party. My host was absolutely phenomenal. She made the room exactly how I can imagine it. The balloon arch was amazing and it was. She was also so helpful. She offered to do so many things for me and even offered to cut my cake for me and always asked if we needed anything! She was polite and respectful and introduced herself immediately when I arrived. They offered a optional pre decorated party room customized of your choice! I highly recommend this party place especially the additional party theme package. It is worth the money trust me.!!!it was our first time here and my daughter had an amazing second birthday also my 4 year old couldn't stop playing. It is safe for babies and also toddlers I highly recommend if you need birthdays for your little ones! Thank you so much (it's a little hard to find but if you are wondering it's in the lowest floor of the mall by the big Primark sign!)

This place is awesome for toddlers and babies. I absolutely love bringing my daughter here. I don't have to worry if she fall or hit herself, everything is padded. They have a lot of obstacles for kids, my daughter loves playing here with other kids. Also they have free coffee every day, there is a small snack stand where you can purchase something for your kid. Place is very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.

Nice and clean space. They clean, sanitize and vacuums a lot .. witch is nice. There is complimentary kids mask wen you walk in ( so cute and colorful)
Hands sanitizer everywhere .. you can feel safe there with your kiddos playing around.
Carolin was really nice and friendly , she gave us discount to enter and that was very sweet!
I think kids need more socializing now and little fun as well !

Lovely place to keep kids busy, very safe for all ages. The staff is nice and keep the place clean. It's a great place for birthdays as well.

My daughter loved playing here she had so much fun and everything is padded nicely. And parents can go on the stuff which is good. And there are employees walking around to help if you need anything.

We have been back now since they reopened and have been very impressed. My son is completely obsessed with going there, and gets so excited when he knows it’s planned. Staff is super friendly, help get you in right away (my impatient son is usually rushing to get in). They also consistently have staff on the floor, walking the area to make sure kids are following rules, as well as vacuuming up behind them. Has always been very clean when we’re there.

Held a children’s birthday party about a month ago. They were super accommodating for the preferred time. Everything went smoothly - they even had a candle for us when I realized I forgot mine. Pizza with the package was also great and arrived on time. Coffee for adults… Kids had plenty of play time. Party room space was great as well. Facility was clean and overall a great experience. Highly recommend!

My girls (2yrs) love this place. It's clean, staff is very friendly, all cushion around so its safe, and lots of option for my kids to burn energy. Price is not bad especially if you buy the membership card when they have promotions (you save more than 50% on entrance anytime you go). Its also newly renovated which makes it perfect knowing its well kept by the owner. We went on weekends which is more crowded of course, but during the week I like it more for my girls since they have more room to run around and play. No big kids allowed to play but they can definitely be there and maybe just watch over the little siblings. The entrance for Yu Kids is right next to Sears entrance inside the mall on main floor which I like because I always find good parking by Sears. No complaints , my kids love it and I find it perfect for their age. Also, Its rewarding to them after mommy goes shopping to stop here and let them play or run around. I would never leave them alone in here though or any place as such for that matter (just my personal preference). I highly recommend!!

LOVE this place. The staff goes above and beyond to keep the kids happy. Always moving and CLEANING. Good job to the staff.

Very busy on the weekends but kids will have a blast! Best for younger children under age 10

It was my first time here with my 11 months old daughter it looks like she and her friend loves it and have a good time. It’s a nice environment and a fun playground. Clean and spacious, perfect place for toddlers, nice birthday area, staff is very friendly, there are some quick snacks and juice you can purchase for kids. We would definitely be going again. It is great place to let your kid run and play around while you watch them, you can see them from any seat!We will be back again soon .

My kids enjoy coming here. The area is kept pretty clean and the staff disinfects frequently. The prices on the snacks and drinks are reasonable compared to other places like this. While on my last visit I noticed a child had been left unattended and was going around asking for a drink. The two employees handled the situation very well and were able to contact his parent. Some parent was asked to remove his shoes while inside the play area and he literally just threw the shoes on the floor over the gate. The employee picked them up and put them in a cubby for him. They deserve a raise, especially considering the work ethic of most young people these days.

They are all so very nice. There is a young man there, not sure of his name. He is going into the military so we won't see him. So happy for him we will miss him, also helpful and so kind to our 5 yr old grandson Elliott

This is a happy place.
Got my 4 year-old here and it was totally worth the $12 admission fee which is for the whole day in and out.

It was a great experience! First time there, and we had a lots of fun. The place is very clean, and organized. Nice service.

Staff was very helpful and friendly(Caroline), i had a amazing time with My kid.

I am impressed how well the place is being kept. One of the girls working there is constantly wiping the equipment and vacuuming if possible. I have been to many indoor playgrounds but I haven't seen anyone cleaning the place during the day.
It is really fun for little ones and I understand why older kids are not allowed. It's design for small kids and it must be safe even if parents have to watch their little ones all the time.
The prices are reasonable especially that we can play all day if we wish to.

This place is really nice for kids. Families that have kids, under 48 inches, would be expected to enjoy this greatly. Kids above 48 inches are not permitted to play in the area; there are pros and cons to this.

Pros being that your kids under 48 inches will not be bothered or hurt by bigger kids, you don't have to worry about bigger kids not giving the smaller kids enough space or their own turn, etc.

Cons: when the kids 48 inches and under have siblings or other close family members/friends that are over 48 inches, it becomes quite difficult.

My kids, all under 48 inches, love this place. It is very well maintained. It is clean. They've remodeled it by adding more party room areas and updating their restrooms. The staff is very friendly. They make sure to clean the kid areas very often. They have many interesting play options for the little ones. This is a great place for toddler fun time, family time with toddlers (no kids taller than 48in), or toddler parties/birthday parties.

Love this place! Definitely one of the reasons I come to this mall. I love the fact that I can go in and out as much as much as I want! Also the staff is so friendly! They are constantly cleaning. I have never ever have a problem here and I have come from almost 9 years, first with my first daughter Valentina and now with my second Jessica. 🤗 I have never ever have a bad experience here. With so many years coming here and other places I would say this place is the best! Sadly Jessica is getting to big 😞and soon we won’t be coming any more but believe me you can’t go wrong with Yukids Island ❤
