Great storage facility. Safety measures in place and pin pad lock at the door. Video surveillance system and motion activated lighting, which is very nice. It's safe and secure. Visited with a Friend to get some things from their storage and was impressed. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Nice place.

During open hours the staff is friendly and accommodating. Easy access after hours with your code and storage key. You can pull in for covered access.

My mom had gotten 2 storage units about 12 years ago. She passed away recently & I can't say thank you enough to Gill, Will, Mike & anyone else that has been there and helped my family to make processes easier. They have helped me in any way they can & they are the reason why I love Safeguard. Thank you again!

Never in my life have I felt so secure leaving my personal belongings in a storage facility. Every time I visit, I am greeted with a warm smile and a friendly word from the gentlemen behind the desk. Everything is orderly, and clean, from the loading bay to the bathroom. In the savage, cutthroat world of self storage, it is a huge relief to know that safeguard has stayed true to that they stand for, and has never wavered from their high standards. A special thank you to Frank for all the help with walking me through the entire process from choosing a unit to giving me the heads up on which push cart rolls best.

I researched several places online before I stopped at Safeguard. I was so pleased with the facilities and Jackie the manager that I rented on the spot. No need to go anywhere else.
Unparalleled customer service and facility. Jim the assistant manager has been awesome as well. I actually enjoy stopping in.
11/28/19 update: The time had come to move to a smaller unit. I've had such a great experience at SSS that I didn't even consider moving to another facility. Jim made the process quick, professional and painless. Awesome customer service and peace of mind.

This place is the BEST storage I’ve ever seen, anywhere in the country....and I’ve moved around a lot!!! It is always spotless - seriously, there’s not even dust!!! The staff are extremely helpful (Maxine is great), the billing is online, the prices are competitive, and there are always (working) carts available. I would, and do, recommend Safeguard Self Storage. They have great security and I feel like my belongings are safe.

William is very courteous and professional, he is able to answer all questions I had and is always more then willing to lend a hand. The staff is always working hard keeping the building clean and smelling fresh. Highly recommend for your next storage facility.

The facility is extremely clean & well managed. The staff is very friendly - always available and ready to help. I feel safe while there so I appreciate the extra security they provide. That's a huge plus. There are always plenty of carts and even the other tenants seem polite! I couldn't recommend it more!

The service here is absolutely outstanding. I recommend it VERY highly to anyone in the area interested in self storage. The staff is extremely friendly and personable, yet entirely professional and efficient. Everyone seems to go out of their way to help, especially Debbie, the manager. There always seems to be carts available to move things out or in with and I've personally seen the staff routinely ensuring the aisles are clear of debris. Everything is as exceptional as it could possibly be. Both Debbie, the manager and Tiffany, the assistant manager go above and beyond to make sure you're 1000% satisfied. They both do a wonderful job. I rarely write reviews, but I felt this one was more than deserved. Deb offers the rare type of 1-on-1 service that's very hard to find these days. I've been renting here for a while and I would recommend it to anyone I know!

The service here is extraordinary. It's one of the main reasons I've rented from this facility for years. They are also clean, safe and they keep things at a comfortable climate. But it's really the kind, professional staff which stands out. I rarely leave reviews, but felt it appropriate to share these things with anybody out there looking for a good storage solution. My family was looking for storage to keep our furniture and other things while we are staying with family to save up for a home. I checked out a few places in the area, and THIS is not only the cleanest, most well-maintained storage facility that I went to, but it also has the friendliest, most helpful & accomodating staff. Jackie & Jim are the BEST! This company and their employees clearly have a lot of pride in what they do!

Extremely clean facility and helpful staff! After touring a neighboring storage facility that was dirty with bugs and water infiltration, Safeguard Storage was a breath of fresh air. It is well maintained and pristine. The staff even offered me a typed out list of recommendations for things to check out in my new city, going above and beyond typical service.

An extremely clean facility with a variety of units to choose from. I never had a single problem, but the staff was amazing and I knew they would help me if I ever did have an issue. It was a great experience and I am only leaving because myself and my safely stored items are moving out of state.

I've paid multiple visits here to help friends and family move their items into/out of storage. This place is very clean, safe, and secure. It may not seem like it at first but the place is very well lit. A hallway may appear dark but they use automatic lights that turn on when you get close to it, then the entire area is lit. They use steal mesh ceilings on each unit so no one can take a ladder and steal your stuff. Each unit comes with an alarm too.

Aside from the units, they have 4 carts available which makes moving a breeze. The staff always goes above and beyond and makes sure your needs are met. They are very personable and great to work with. For the price you pay, you're definitely getting your money's worth and more. I would strongly recommend this place for your storage needs.

I used them for my business storage needs and they were exceptional! I love the access hours, and if we ever needed help they were more than helpful. It was sad to leave, but I no longer needed the space due to a home purchase. Highly recommended!

Extremely nice customer support with a friendly face to greet you at the front. The units were extremly clean and I couldn't find a single crumb in the walkway between units.
