Life Storage - Addison

Great customer service and quick response. First time using a storage unit pretty excited to free up space in my home! Love that they have an elevator and garage space to do a quick drop of.

My husband and I have been utilizing Life Storage facility in Addison for a few months now and are very pleased with the level of service and professionalism we are being helped very time by Dave (manager) and Vito. They both are going above and beyond to make our experience great, and addressing all our questions and concerns in a very timely manner. Over the last few months these two gentlemen have helped us acquire multiple storage units close to each other to make our lives easier and help with our business needs.

You came to rent a parking spot David was very nice and helpful I super happy with his service I will come back to this location

Rented a storage unit online but lost my access code and wasn’t sure where my space was. Went in and met Dave who was super helpful. He showed me around and how to use everything. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks for the great service, Dave!

The place wasn't busy. Nice climate controlled building for storage. Passed by on way to emissions test and stopped in on the way home for information. The gentleman behind the safety counter was friendly and helpful. Their prices are in line with what the current market rate is (9/28/21). At this time they did have a few units available. They have been open for 10 years.

Excellent customer care service. Followed up with a courtesy call. Rates are cheaper than most!

This location is a great place to store. Dave was very helpful and kind in getting us a bigger space for a good price!

I came in for a quick transfer over to the Addison location. Dave was a huge help with all of the services. He definitely ensured me that my team and I would love the location and he is absolutely right. They have very safe and Clean Lot as well as great management at this location. He made the transition very simple and easy.

I would definitely recommend this location, they offer great customer service and Dave was great and took care of my storage needs. Make sure you ask for him! Awesome place!

Life Storage what can I say.... Some of the most friendly and helpful employees. Ashley helped my wife and I with the process of getting​ a unit...explained and took us step by step... My mind is calm knowing my things are clean and secure.

Janice and everyone I worked with at Life Storage were kind and easy to deal with. The unit was clean and storing there was super easy as was the billing. For what I got, it was totally worth the price. Moving out/ending the unit was also super easy. Would definitely consider them again in the future if I need a unit. My brother and his wife have also maintained a unit there for many years. Highly recommend!

I switched to Life Storage Addison from another storage company because of issues I was having with them. I use it for my business and Life Storage is excellent at receiving my packages and helping me out. The place is always clean, safe and well lit and Dave does a great job running the place. I am glad I switched and I would recommend this place to anyone needing storage.

Its been a great place to keep my stuff! The smooth service and easy access has kept my family and I happy customers!
