Sad to see Dr D retire, but love the staff!! Especially Joy, Nicole & Eloisa. They are friendly, kind and professional. They are comforting during an anxious moment!! They even put my favorite tv show on the monitor to help keep me relaxed!!!

I moved to St Charles fro Los Angeles a few years back and had trouble finding a quality dentist. Every place I went to wasn’t what I had been used to out of my dentist visits until I found Westgate Dental. The staff are all thoughtful, profesional, and friendly. I would recommend (and have on several occasions) Westgate to anyone that is looking for their permanent dental practice!

Had both a crown and cavity done at same appointment. Staff was very careful about my comfort level at all times. Very professional staff and I would highly recommend.

I had my routine 6 mo cleaning this week and as usual my hygienist Joy did her meticulous and gentle job getting my teeth looking and feeling great. I always have her and she has been there for many years. Dr Arora also checked me out after my cleaning and asked if I had any questions or issues and the front desk employees were pleasant and professional as always. A great team all around.

Truly AMAZING and EXCEPTIONAL service!!! I was a new patient with a broken tooth and they were able to accommodate me the same day. I had a crown done in 1.5 hours during the same visit. Everyone was so professional and kind! Clean office, took me earlier than expected, and delivered everything they promised and MORE! Dr. Arora was awesome and made the experience effortless. I’d give 10 stars if I could!!!

Wow! I had such a good experience here! Everyone was SO kind and Gina at the front desk went above and beyond for me. They squeezed me in on a full day because I was having tooth pain and really listened to me and gave me options for my budget (because I don’t have insurance). Thank you so much to everyone at West Gate!! I’ll recommend you to everyone I know!

This office makes dental visits not so bad. The front desk ladies are super friendly with their welcoming personalities. The hygienists are great and Dr Miller rounds out the team of awesome. Dental offices can be scary, this one is warm and welcoming and they work hard to make sure people are comfortable. Most of the rooms have a big window overlooking a beautiful landscape which helps too. Highly suggest this office.

The hygienist and the doctor were very professional and took the time to explain things and answer all my questions.
