Loving the garden center! Huge win having Bill as he's a wealth of knowledge on all things plants. I had the pleasure of meeting. Sue. She helped me navigate the garden center and had the patience of a saint while I corralled a 4-year-old. Very happy with the prices in quality. Have plants. Will definitely be returning.

I stopped by Friday afternoon to shop for a new griddle. I mentioned to the young man that I had limited space on my patio. I already have a Weber Spirit grill so adding a griddle would crowd things.

He suggested the new Weber Griddle Insert. Problem solved! I am impressed by the customer service. I left with a new griddle and accessories.

No one can beat ACE Hardware store in Lombard. They have packed things from every section of life, in one place. Norine, Rich, Mark, and other staff members are so helpful and knowledgeable. I have always been treated nicely at this store. Thanks for all your services.🙏

I pass 2 other aces to come here. I bought my Traeger here last year and just bought a big green egg here and had them deliver and assemble. The managers Dan and Jeff are very respectful and kind. The 2 guys that delivered my egg were super nice and awesome. Love this store and they always have what I need and great service from the staff.

Schroeder's ACE Hardware is a LOMBARD institution. They have an extensive inventory, with more variety than "big box stores" (BBS), and knowledgeable people to sell it to you. Recently went into BBS looking for waterproofing spray for my tarps and was told "didn't carry any" by 2 people wearing headsets talking to 1 other. That is except for the 3 different locations I found it in, including an aisle capper. They had 96 cans! Meanwhile back at Schroeder's, They filled my order for 12 ea. Chrome, and 12 ea. Stainless of 31 different sizes of screws and didn't miss a beat!

Bob was extremely helpful getting all the little knickknacks and things I needed that Home Depot didn’t have, Batteries Plus couldn’t figure out, and I would’ve had to order in bulk online. Can always count on my trusty ACE hardware. 👍

The plaza needs work but Ace is INCREDIBLE. Always have people to help. They’re extremely knowledgeable and I need to give a shout out to the paint department. I’ve never seen such a good match to poor quality swatch.

I was here on Sunday! I needed help finding and electrical volt meter. The guy that helped me was very helpful and attentive and went above and beyond to help me and also check for other products. When I got home I realized I needed a battery for the volt meter and tiny screw driver to open the back of it. I went back to the store and bought a battery and Matt and Augie at the desk in the center were both able to help and track down a screwdriver and get me going! I’m thankful for their help and happy ace hardware had what I needed. Superior customer service 👍🏻 I would recommend this Ace!

2 blocks down the street, wife's family has an account there. So whenever need something quick in a hurry I can go there and not even worry about wallet. And the staff before and after the sellout, remodel have alll been the most helpful, courtesy, and over all genuine good people and I love the expansion.

I needed to print out 2 documents requested at the Secretary of State. They told me Ace Hardware offers that service. I when over there and they provided to me the documents printed I requested FREE OF CHARGE. I was expecting a charge for this service, but no. Thanks Ace Hardware team for such a nice gesture.
