Had an international package lost for over a month due to re-delivery schedules. Spoke to supervisor Mandy 4 times, and she couldn't help locate the package at all and just directed us to pick up at the Fairview heights office each time. The package never made it to Fairview heights office to be picked up. Called back and got to speak with another supervisor Shamieka, not only did she go above and beyond and out of her way to help us. She was super friendly and helpful. This angel found our package!! Which has been sitting there for over a month! Don't waste your time speaking to anyone else but Shamieka, she gets the job done!!

Coming from Chicago and waiting up to 45 minutes in line, this is the best USPS. In 8 years, I've never had a problem. The employees are friendly and helpful. I see other reviews saying bad things. Mostly B.S.. If you have an issue, contact the postmaster at this location. Giving one star and expounding on the truth, makes you an Internet troll.

The best USPS location! This is one area businesses need to know, staying open late (6:30 p.m., weekdays, 4:00 p.m. Saturdays), and they have a package drop-off. If you're a little late, it'll still get on the truck, which you can see coming and going like clockwork!

Well I don't know about others experience with this location but this is THE ONLY LOCATION I will bring my mail to. I have had experience in the past with other locations were my mail would never make it to the location I sent it to. But I HAVE NEVER had a problem with them. ALWAYS WOULD GET MY BUSINESS.

A Christmas package I had ordered was delivered to the wrong address, I went to Dutch Hollow post office and spoke to Supervisor Annette, she took it upon herself to go to said address and retrieve my package and bring it to me at my home, (this was all done within an hour of leaving post office) Great Job and Merry Christmas Annette
