Just recently took a trailer there for issues with the unit. Great service, quick/efficient, and actually cared about our equipment while working on the unit!! Highly recommend.

Had an issue with maintaining temperature on my trailer. Called the after hours number on Sunday afternoon and a mechanic shortly showed up fixed what he could with me being loaded. Great work and very nice. Appreciate the work Brandon and getting me back on the road quickly.

I had an expension valve that went out in the trailer not allowing the unit to drop below 36ﾟ I went to this location and they found that not only did I have an expansion valve that went out I had a compressor that was leaking oil pretty damn bad they were so very kind and professional even though it was a little bit on the moderate price side I am able to get back to work without any further trailer issues this place is totally awesome

Had a sick apu, the professionals at thermo king really impressed me at this location, very polite and knowledgeable on my situation and conditions of the problem at hand, got me in and out with running apu and an all over check on it's condition I could not be happier thanks to the professionals here, Blair S.

Great shop very laid back and smart mechanics very fair prices unlike many other thermo kings. Plenty of parking and truck stop across the street and hotels are truck friendly and also very close. The people at this location really are friendly and will conversate with ya. Best experience I've had with a thermoking shop.

I highly recommend them I got a APU installed on 2019 Peterbilt and it was a professional job and a clean installation inside and out and that was a used unit service it and replaced a few part all brand new including inverter and Espar unit

The mechanic and employees were very nice and they were able to get to my straight truck in the same day. However, after spending over a thousand dollars on repairs for the APU, it COMPLETELY broke down-- 4 days later! Also, TK hours are not exactly trucker friendly.

*Edit--We were able to work our way back to this TK and they repaired a blown fuse that apparently started a fire and damaged the unit. Dustin and the crew did an amazing job and we were rolling again by noon.

I had trouble with my apu not coming on and after I dropped my trailer in Morton,IL at 8pm I decided to take a chance and drive 60 miles down to this thermoking dealer. I got up at 7:45am and saw they had all their bay doors open so I went and checked in. They pulled me right inside the bay. It's now 9:05 and I hear my APU running full speed. Before I couldn't get the heater, fan or ac to turn on. The panel just lit up and then reset. I give these guys a thumbs up on getting me going and back on the road.

Good, professional people here. They install all of our apu's. Stayed a few days at hotel nearby. Take their recommendations for hotel and food.
