Doreen's Restaurant

This is a great rare find. I went 5 years ago and met the original owner on a quest to meet another Doreen. The food was served quickly and tasted great. Beautiful new owners that are sweet and courteous.

First time here, I expected more of a diner. You order at the counter and they bring jt to you. A friend's dad said he recommended the fried chicken. Typically I could have never tried this. I am glad I did. It was very good and it was the Sunday special. The Sunday special was 3 random pieces of fried chicken and 2 sides. I got fries and they're not as skinny as steak and shake but they're thin; equally as good as the chicken. I had the baked beans, they were not bad but from a short order restaurant it was good. The meal was under $10, I got water.

I got a little peak at them cooking some burger patties, they looked so good. They were thin and probably around 6 inches around when they were put on the grill. I can't wait to go back and try a burger. I didn't see one on a plate but the one on the grill caught the attention of our group and all all want to try one our next trip back!

Great little spot in Sparta. Room for 1-2 semi trucks. Fried chicken was excellent and the staff is very friendly!

My husband and I came here for the fried chicken. We were not disappointed. The service was good even though it was a 15-minute wait for the chicken. The staff is friendly and the dining area is nice and clean.

This is the best fried chicken, hands down. It's juicy, well seasoned, and made at the moment. I highly recommend it.

Menu selection is great as well as the prices. The food is great. The service is great. The restaurant is clean. And the best part? Ask for a large Cherry Coke and you won't be disappointed!

Very good food especially their fried chicken it's the best in town by a long shot. Also the service is friendly & clean & very prompt. Also take every precaution possible to the Covid-19 from being a issue.

Had the Chicken Taco Salad. Normally I wouldn't make a fuss over something so simple but chicken was hot the salad was cold and crisp and the sauce... well they need to bottle that stuff if it's homemade.
