Kimberly was super helpful!! I went in to upgrade my iPhone. She was very kind & the whole experience was very easy. The guy next to her had great conversation as we sat as well. I still have to go back to switch over my sons phone but all in all great set of team members! 💯 recommend!

Raymond was a great help getting my phone set up and even found me a better and cheaper plan. He was nice enough to give me tips and answer all my questions. Great guy!

Went to buy a new phone and the rep, Alli, was a tremendous help. She was able to complete my upgrade request while multitasking by assisting another customer pay their bill, all while on hold with a tech rep. In all a very good experience. We have only been to this location twice but it has become our go-to for our cellular needs. Great job!

Alli helped me find a good deal when replacing my previous phone. After discounts for trade in and upgrade, I was able to get a new plan with more data and a new phone at roughly the same cost as my previous plan.

Raymond went above and beyond to help us rectify a problem that we were having. The problem did not even originate in the store he works in. In less than 24 hours he took care of what we had been trying for weeks to accomplish elsewhere. Way to go Raymond and Chastity! (Chester Russell Cellular)
