Partnership Financial Credit Union

I had an amazing experience at this bank. Connie helped me order checks, make a deposit and obtain a cashier's check in under 5 minutes! I've had mixed reviews about Partnership Financial since they took over Leyden Credit Union, but Connie made it a positive interaction. Would definitely recommend using her if you have any issues or questions!

I have been going to this credit union since 1985. It is wonderful! Everyone is very kind and helpful. It feels like a family run business. I always feel comfortable there. They do a great job and are very caring. And to add to the pleasant atmosphere, they decorate for every holiday. 🙂 Keep up the good work and thanks!

Everyone at PFCU in Franklin Park is always friendly and willing to help. We worked with Lori Wilson on a pre approval for an auto loan. Lori was fantastic! She made the process seamless! She took her time answering all our questions.
She is very knowledgeable, professional and personable.

Eileen has been very helpful in the past several years, with account issues, potential fraud and generally keeping me in line with my financial issues. She keeps a notecard in her drawer that has my acct numbers and other info. My daughters and their families have used the credit union for their loans and checking for years. You are like family here! They look out for YOUR best interest. One day I tried to get a car and the car dealer wanted to charge a lot of interest. I told this to LEYDEN and they (based on my credit) charged me much less!! They CARE about your financial well-being. They have many benefits. The employees are not robots they are real people who really care about each and everyone of their customers. I have been here for a very long time and have witnessed their professional and caring demeanor. This starts with LEADERSHIP! The LEADERS are AWESOME and they CARE JUST AS HARD! I absolutely LOVE THIS BANK...and YOU WILL TOO!

UPDATE: Please NOTE that this was based on my experience with LEYDEN Credit Union NOT partnership financial credit union who bought them out. Partnership is NOT like LEYDEN, It does not have that "family" attitude. The employees are mostly all gone at LEYDEN since Partnership bought them out. IT is very much commercial and not as warm and friendly. I miss the employees at LEYDEN and I miss the old ways there.

We are very happy with all of the service we have received at PFCU.
We would however, like to mention in particular, Pam. She has gone over and above helping us with a particular situation. Her professionalism, knowledge, patience and kindness have shown through every time we have needed her help. Thank you PFCU…thank you Pam!

Pam Bee is the Accounts Support Specialist at Leyden.
Can’t even begin to describe how helpful she has been to me trying to juggle accounts and passwords. Her kindness, patience, understanding and knowledge of the system is incredible.

Alex the manager from franklin park location is the best he is great at what He does customer service and leading a great company to the highest limits and going above and beyond honesty when they merged over I was going to leave cause the company just want down but cause of Alex is reason I'm staying so A big thank you ALEX
