Yeah. "Cash Register" is a better name than what they go by on Amazon. They are a sham and I am surprised that Amazon still is allowing this. I got a dinged up vacuum that I was kind enough to overlook, but then I didn't have all the equipment and the motor has gotten louder. They will try to push you past the 30 day mark. Make sure you report them to Amazon as soon as possible, as the dispute will start the day you file it. If Amazon doesn't help? Seeing all these comments will help you file a dispute with your bank. Make sure to follow up with your local BBB and let's shut down their cash register
Anyone with a 5* review is obviously an employee or friend.

***Beware**" also known as Good as New Electronics on Amazon. I had a recent issue with them.
Despite their promise of delivery by Thanksgiving, my air fryer arrived late. While I initially overlooked the delay and initiated a return, I was only refunded half the cost due to a restocking fee. This was surprising, especially since the product was advertised with Prime two-day shipping. When I contacted customer service and spoke with Tim, I was told that the delivery time was reasonable and that it was my fault for ordering so close to Thanksgiving.

I purchased a “like new” Ninja Coffee Pot from an Amazon buyer that goes by the name “good as new electronics” (Their company name and address listed on their profile is this company: Franklin Cash Register) and when the coffee pot arrived it wouldn’t run all the water thru it and fill the whole craft for a full pot of coffee. Additionally, it was missing parts that were not mentioned as being missing on the purchase page on the date I purchased it. Because of it being a very expensive coffee pot and the condition of the item they sent me I decided to return it. Unfortunately, when I did they only refunded me $74.99 of the $159.99 that I paid for it! When I inquired about the huge error in refund they stated that they refunded me everything except a “restocking fee.” When I asked why I would pay a restocking fee for a defective item they would only continually state that their math is correct and that I would not be getting the rest of my money back. Buyer beware! Dishonest. Scammers. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and already have my cousin who is an attorney working on a law suit against them however I hope everyone else can read this and not waste their money and time doing business with this company.

The seller goes under the guise of "Good As New Electronics" on Amazon. We purchased a certified refurbished item listed as "This Item is Certified Refurbished
This Certified Refurbished product is tested and certified by the manufacturer or by a third-party refurbisher to look and work like new, with limited to no signs of wear." The item had free shipping.

However when the item showed up, it had several large gouges (NOT scratches) and all of the corners had deep gouges in the metal where someone had pried off the back. After contacting the seller to return the item, I received the following e-mail:
Upon our receipt, we will issue you a refund less the original shipping costs (not necessarily your shipping and handling charges - what it actually cost us to ship your item in the first place) and our 15% restocking fee on the item charges. Please be sure to send the item back with the original packaging and all accessories and in salable condition to avoid any complications or further restocking charges. If you need a return label for your convenience, we can provide one for you but the cost of this will be deducted from your refund as well.

Since the Amazon interface does not allow for exchanges, this needs to be handled as a return / refund and a separate transaction for the correct item. With this, you may order the part you need at your leisure.

Please let us know if you have any questions or need any assistance at any time. Your cooperation and understanding are very much appreciated.

As always, thanks for being our customer!

Best regards,
Anthony

Customer Service - GaNE

I opened a claim with Amazon because this is against their Terms of Service. The seller repeatedly sent them the same message over and over. Even though Amazon has confirmed multiple times in e-mail to both GaNE and me that I was eligible for a FULL refund with no restocking fees or less their shipping to me. I have no issue paying return shipping at all, but I should not be charged a restocking fee for Anthony to go set something on his second-hand store's shelf.

I purchased an item from this company on Amazon under the name 'Good As New Electronics', and received very poor predatory service which seems to be a common element when reading through their reviews. I paid $180 for a 'Like New' Ninja coffee maker. When I received the item it was poorly packaged, it was scratched, there was thick coffee buildup in the carafe, etc. I requested a return, and paid $35 to return it to the seller. When they received the item they only returned half of what I paid and kept the rest as a restocking fee. I messaged them to see why the restocking fee was so expensive, and they said it was due to the condition of them item which is obviously ridiculous because that is the entire reason I returned it, and not a fault of mine. Here are the messages which more or less state what I just typed.

I have contacted Amazon, and am waiting to hear back from them.
