Check in at door 26. You may have to pole vault, take a chair, or ladder to get in there cus somebody smashed the stairs. Or make it easy on yourself by going in man door between 20&21, turn left and walk along docks towards where door 26 is. You'll see the office across from 26 and check in at counter. They bring Bill's to you when empty. Docks can be super tight, if you get one next to a stretched or ext hood truck I may be impossible to get in and they don't like you scratching their boulders, yes boulders. No room for overnight or break. Friendly staff. Save a life, adopt a pet. They get more interaction when they get to be with you 24/7

We had good experience/ 12noon appt on Friday but we showed up a day earlier and they loaded us and took only 2 hours. I guess it really depends if the product is ready and how busy they are. Over all no complains!

The security attention is good, but receiving at the WAREHOUSE takes a long time.

I like their loads, from pick-up to drop off, no hassle 👌

In and out fast. 1 hour, including check in loaded. No green light but they provide you with alarm device when you loaded and paperwork ready

9.45am for 10am apptm. 10.05 got door. Loaded at 1050am. Good job. 5 stars. Maybe loading time depends on what are you picking up.

They loaded me up n off I went.

Very positive Guys inside the office, make sure you parked on a gravel slide the tandem and open the door before you go for ceck in... usually about 2 hour to get loaded. Easy to back up and turn around and a overnight parking available.... be on time of you appointment

I've red the reviews and I thought well I guess I'll spend my whole day here but I arrived at 10 for my 1400 appointment and got a door right away and they started loading the minute I docked, maybe I was lucky who knows but I gotta give them a 5

My appointment was on 10/12 at 3:00am, I arrived early on 10/11 at 11:00am. Got a little confused going around building, once I parked on gravel lot went in and got dock door right away. Out of there by 12:48

Friendly staff, load 24 hours a day, overnight parking, must wear a mask. I was there 15 hours before my appointment, but was told they would work me in, and loaded me 7 hours before appointment.

I had straight delivery i was empty in an hour i had to pick up at the same place in the following morning it took me 2 hrs they have big gravel p lot with portable restroom big trash container nothing to complain

my truck was loaded in 15 min.. fist time here... 9am pick app, 8.30am he was loaded

Got there at 1300 for a 1500 appt gave me a door right away by 1430 i was driving out of there guess I got lucky going off of other drivers experience here there was a few trucks lined up before I got there but they went ahead and gave me a door like right away so I don’t what happened there

Checked in at 11:35 am for 12 pm appointment. Loaded at 1:50 pm. Overnight parking (gravel lot).

Great staff and honest!!

They unload my trailer in less than one hour. Just the way I like it. Lots of overnight parking if you need to stay here.

Spencerbobby and geezerbobby do a fantastic job of loading the trucks. Real glad they hired someone to turn the lights green. You know what they say in shipping clerk College the lights ain't going to turn themselves green.

Two guys at shipping office are so professional, PU time 10pm check in 11:55am, they give me the door and I got loaded for one hour.
