After taking my boy scooter to 2 different emergency vets over the weekend, because he was favoring his right leg and with nothing but a small mass being popped on his hind paw. The vet at the Huntsville vet emergency care clinic was rough and pulling and pushing and squeezing scooters leg to make him yelp and making his situation worse. All he did was pop a mass on his foot and said done. And walked out scoots was in pain and whining all night Sunday night and we knew we had to see an actual vet. We came to town and country and They cared a lot about scooter! They could tell he was in pain. The vet was super gentle. Didn’t force him to do anything he didn’t want to do. The vet was soooo compassionate. He sedated scoots and took X-rays only to find cancer that had been spreading. :( unfortunately we had to make a tough decision but the vet was super sweet and he let me spend as much time before with scooter and after. The billing and payment option was easy and they did their best not to intrude on our time. I’m glad that we took scoots last moments here where he was shown compassion and kindness. I will forever be grateful for this vet clinic.

I want to Thank Dr. Edgemond for saving my furbaby life, I found a knot under her neck about as big as a golfball and was told it was Cancer and she had two months to live. And Dr. Edgemond gave her Chemo and she is back to playing with her brother every day!! Dr. Edgemond I want to Thank you from the bottom of my heart!! Mersaydes is my furbaby, my best friend!!

Excellent! Because it's not about the sale!! I went in to get some dewormer for my cat who recently had kittens and they advised me against getting some flea spray they had because of her having kittens without hesitation!! Most places would just have seen it as an upsale 10 minutes before closing. But they took it upon themselves to tell me not to get it until the kitties are older!! I will definitely go again if any of my pets need anything I don't know.👍👍🤠🤠😎😎

I've been in rescue and fostering on and off for years now, so it was a humbling experience when I was on the other side for once and lost my own pup yesterday. Thank God I had just registered her microchip, because I got a call from Town & Country saying they had her!
One of the staff graciously scooped her up near dangerous traffic and took her in on the way to work.
I can't say anything about their services of course, but the fact that they scanned her and reached out to me within the three hours she was missing means a lot to me. The facility grounds is immaculate too. Super cute pet relief area by the parking lot, and the inside was beautiful.
I felt a bit judged by reception when I first arrived because of my terribly disheveled and anxious state, and being a person for once that had a missing dog, but I'm just thankful for the young woman who saved her life most likely. I'm glad I got to meet her. Can't thank you enough.

Register your pet's microchips!!!!!!

They are absolutely amazing. I have two sweet little foster kittens that showed up and that we are definitely keeping! I have never done anything like this before and they answered so many questions along with giving me other suggestions on helping them! I am very grateful because of the veterinarian and nurses!

We have 4 dogs and two cats, so we find ourselves at the vet often. For years we have tried different vets trying to find one we were comfortable with taking care of our furry family. So glad we finally found Dr. Edgmon! He’s intelligent, innovative and caring. He always takes the time to answer all our questions and never makes us feel rushed. It never feels like he’s just trying to rack up a bill and he explains all our options. Just an all around great vet and person. Highly recommend!

I am a professional breeder who is passionate about my dogs. We moved her two years ago, so of course finding a good vet was a concern. From routine visits to emergencies, our dogs have been given the best care. Dr Edgmon is an amazing vet and explains things in detail. When making recommendations, he gives advise he would take if it were his own animal. Dr Hammons is also a sweet man and so knowledgeable. He has hired the best staff and vets to represent his practice.

Cannot say enough about Town and Country! We've had nothing but great experiences here. The vets are compassionate, and they are not trying to nickel and dime you like other vets I've been. Dr. Edgmon and Dr. Hammonds took great care of our pups, and we're so grateful for this place!

This place is the best I have ever dealt with. They care and do great jobs with our furbabies, past and present. They show exceptional compassion and caring. We have been going to them for 13 years and will go no where else.

Dr Dean did a great removing a mass off my bloodhounds eye.

Dr. Dean and staff were wonderful with my fur baby and got her in as soon as possible to fix her tooth issue. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions without hesitation. My girl is back to feeling awesome!

They explain everything about my fur babies annual visits and during sick visits. They never rush and give you the opportunity to ask questions. They can always get us in right away and have Saturday morning hours!

This is a GREAT Veterinarian facility. The ENTIRE staff is wonderful. We are always greeted with smiles and friendly help. The staff at the desk takes special care to schedule times that meet our needs. The ladies that tend to our fur babies for long term boarding are absolutely wonderful. The veterinarians and nurses are friendly and caring. We leave there knowing that our two shelties have had the very best attention and care possible.

We almost lost our little man. Thanks to Dr. Edgmon and it took the entire staff to save him...JR is back to being JR!

Both of my cats have been patients with Town & Country Animal Hospital for over 3 years now. I could not be more pleased with the quality of care they receive there. Both Dr. Hammond and Dr. Edgmon are excellent, kind, caring, professionals who are easy to talk with about your fur babies and clearly love what they do. We have used Town & Country Animal Hospital for routine and emergency care. Dr. Edgmon and the entire team are wonderful. They are very caring and professional. I had to board my little guys for an extended period recently, and they sent me several photos while I was away. I really appreciated them going that extra mile to help me feel at ease while I was away. Highly recommend!

They fit our cat in quickly for his illness. Despite our cat being hurt, he purred almost the whole time he was there. Everyone was so attentive to our Garfield. At every step of the treatment we were kept up to date and approved all procedures and expenses prior to them being done. Very knowledgeable staff. Wonderful Vet.
