Spoke with a gentleman on today, it went great. I was nervous because of all the bad reviews i ran across but it was much different for me. Yes, he answered the phone a little dry, but after asking how was he doing and speaking to him the way i wanted to be spoken to, his tone changed immediately. I'm glad i called in for myself...i hope i continue to get good service.
