I really wish more business were ran this way. My family and I were relocating out of state. We had a lot of unknowns at the time. My wife started her job in another state. We sold our house quicker than anticipated. When I called and inquired about storage and u haul rentals The owner assured me that this was one thing that I did not need to worry about. He explained that as long as kept him informed of what was going on ahead of time that he would work to help me in anyway that he could. He followed through as promised, there is not enough gratitude in the world for this business and the owner. He could have taken me for a ride but he did not. He was honest up front and came through as promised. Five stars is not enough I really do wish more business were ran like this. He showed compassion ,empathy and was just all around a great guy. Thank you again !!!!!!

After having researched several facilities, and using some that we ended up not liking, Alligator Self Storage was the best option for us. They are reasonably priced with excellent management. Great facilities if you’re in a bind or need extra storage space for a long period of time.

Where do I start!? ...I needed a Uhaul at the drop of a dime. George helped get me exactly what I needed. He is honest, funny, genuine and goes over everything! We were so stressed about it all and George just helped ease so very much of it.. He went above and beyond. My boyfriend and I were so impressed. We will use nobody else for moving. I would spend the extra miles just to rent from this place. I Highly recommend. 5 stars. Thank you George!

We have used his U-Haul services three times with great success. We will be using them again, as soon as we need to and suggest you do the same. The owner makes the process incredibly easy. He’s a good listener and is very knowledgeable.

The owner George is amazing! Customer service is bomb! Rented storage space for 2 years & no problems. Any issues addressed immediately & uhaul process was seamless. You should rent here, you won't be disappointed!!!

Very friendly, polite, and provided super customer service. The U-haul service was excellent and easy, as well as, close to Scott AFB.

Even though we did not end up renting a unit here (we need climate controlled which they do not provide) the guy I spoke to on the phone was very kind and offered up places nearby that might have what I need. If I ever need a unit in the area that isn't climate controlled, I will come back to this place for sure. Great first impression!

All American Storage... 2294 Old State Rt 158, Belleville, IL 62221 ....This guy...has been one of the greatest human beings on this earth that I have ever known...He listened to my sob story 3 yrs ago...and while he raised the rent for everyone else...mine stayed the same... When he sees me...he smiles...and genuinely asks how I am doing..and actually listens...he has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and I will forever be grateful...THANK YOU!!
