This Public Storage site is one of the cleanest and organized facilities I have seen. The manager, Misty, is a sweet Angel with an outgoing personality. She will listen to any concerns you may have and make the customer a priority. I would give this site an A+++!

My family has a unit in Daphne and I want to say that there was an issue with something at the unit and she talked to my daughter like we were her family. She was so warm and personable despite all the problems she deals with on a daily. Thank you Mysty for being a wonderful human.

Went to office July 27, 2023 and met Public Storage workers Wayne and Rita. They got me through the rental agreement and app installation process in a very short and painless process. I had questions and they clarified them and I would recommend their help to anyone.

Our unit is clean, premises are well maintained, and most importantly, secure. Love chatting with the owners and employees too. They really know their business and are able to give good advice re: size of unit we needed and whether or not to get climate-controlled unit. Prices are in line or better than other storage facilities in the area.

This storage facility is well lit, regularly maintained, and secure. I love the multiple ways I can pay my bill. The staff and owners are courteous and quick to return calls. Plus, the sign out front is always good for a laugh! Would highly recommend.

This is an excellent storage facility. Really responsive staff, and very clean and well lit storage units. We use one of their climate controlled units, and it has been great.
I get a good kick out of the sayings they post on their sign as well!
