Florence location has wide selection of everything one needs for home. Could have stopped for hours....but school pick up time was near. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

On this particular trip to Pizza Hut I had placed the order on the App. I was picking up the pizzas on my way to a church activity. I actually arrived a few minutes earlier than the time I had put down as the pickup time. I was greeted with a smile and was asked how my day had been. I was only there for a minute or two when the order was finished. I arrived at the activity on time. The food was hot and fresh and enjoyed by everyone at the activity.

The lady who took our order was very nice and sweet mannered. There was no dine in available at the time we came (4 pm) but I assume that is due to understaffing. The food was good to.

Fast, courteous and the pizza's are great. I stopped buying from Pizza Hut because the franchise locations I dealt with previously made pizza's that tasted like the cardboard box if they got cool. The pizza's here I've not had that experience and I've been getting a pizza here now every week to few weeks.

Very friendly crew and management. They act genuinely glad to see customers come in.

The one in HaleyVille Alabama is the most all time best and they're the only one around that does the BBQ Pizza 🍕 OMG It's the best My Hole Family Loves I highly recommend it ❤👍🍕😊And The Pizza Hut in Russiville Alabama it's is not a good place to eat at know time the service is so very badly and the food is Horrible please I would not recommend that place to no one at all.

Pizza was made good with plenty of Italian sausage. Not at all greasy. Great stuffed crust.

Manager took time to return a call to make me aware of what they were out of after I called to ask what time they close. Thanks for saving any possible order delay.

Pizza Hut in Haleyville Alabama has the best employees & customer service you could ever ask for & I WILL ONLY GET MY PIZZA HUT PIZZA AT THE HALEYVILLE ALABAMA STORE it's by far the best pizza we have anywhere near our small town!!!! I also want to say this: I will not get anything from the Pizza Hut in Jasper Alabama they have the worst Pizza Hut pizza I have ever had & the staff is very rude & they will not let you get a refill but you have to say something about needing more to drink multiple times before you have an employee stomp over halfway refills your drink then sets it down so hard that it splashes on you & the thing is I wasn't being hateful, or rude, or anything I am not like that but I will say that if I were being ugly and rude I would have understood the attitude he had with me but I was polite to him

Our pizza was hot, fresh & delicious! I think the gentleman whose nane is Guy was working. He was polite & funny.

Ordered real late and they stayed open till we got there. Always great service and friendly faces! Not to mention the delicious food!!
