I have never had any problems with food or service so when someone complains it may just be personal pleasing everyone is impossible just do your job I'm very happy to eat there thanks

They was getting busy when we arrived but considering that,they was pretty fast and my order was correct..fries wasn't cooked enough but I was full after my burger anyway

Our power, along with many others, was out due to weather yesterday. Jack’s was slammed with inside business and drive thru business when we went for supper. The employees done an excellent job handling it all! We expected to wait a few minutes and we did, but the food was freshly prepared and hot. Thank you!

Restaurant is clean and staff very friendly.. clean bathrooms.

Everyone is courteous and polite. Quick service and they showed me my order so I knew I got everything.

Great service and nice workers. Got our food fast and it came out good. Got a grilled chicken sandwich combo with shake. Grilled chicken was cooked right, fries were nice and salty, and the shake was hearty and thicc.

Stopped by for lunch as we traveled through Haleyville. The lobby cashier was polite. I ordered a large tea and was told they were out of large cups so I had to get a medium That was ok, although a large tea would have been ideal for our drive, but I understand. The chicken snack was delicious and hot. Very pleased with my visit.

The cotton candy milkshake is super good. The breakfast is platters are delicious. All around great food. The line is usually a long one but they go through them pretty quickly in my opinion

Really good service n food is awesome

6 vehicles in front if me had already ordered. I gave my order and 28 minutes arrive at the window to pay and get food. Wasn't ready so they pulled me up and said they would bring it right out. Well 13 minutes I'm still waiting. So I get out and go in. Order wasn't correct. THEY NEED HELP smh

Food was very good, like home made.

Great breakfast, they work hard, most of Haleyville eats there for breakfast. Funny those that give a bad review have closed their account or give bad reviews everywhere they go. If I was management I would not even respond to the bad reviews. This Jack's from a breakfast stand point is in the top 3 in the entire company.

This is a really great Jack’s location. If I have ever had an issue here it was resolved very quickly. The food is always hot and ready to go if your in the drive through and the service in the dining area is very prompt and polite.
