I’m a couple of months late but back in December I needed help shopping for graduation. Nohemi was such a big help. She was extremely kind, patient and resourceful. She helped me look and feel my best. She’s phenomenal and made my experience extremely memorable!!

I was at the JC Penney in Round Rock, Texas. I was assisted by Alta in the men’s shirt department and Selma in the cashier register. I wanted to say they were absolutely wonderful and I wanted to commend them for their wonderful customer service!

I went to the salon and got a cut and color from hairsrylist Bre. She was awesome and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and concerns like a professional. She is know my go to stylist🤗🤗

In an age of online shopping.JC reminds you that touching, seeing and quality of clothing is human!!! Support and go.

Was there for the photo studio. Great photographer with a knack for catching the attention of a pretty rammy child. Would recommend.

Not to sound like a shopping snob, but I did not have high expectations for JC Penney. But I was wrong. They have taken the steps to modernize and the store looks great. Wide selection of items and very friendly staff. If you are in the area looking for some great deals check this store out.

I have found Penny's to be clean, and the merchandise is of good quality and reasonably priced.

My daughter was able to find the right outfit for her job interview.

Jewelry staff, are really nice. (The lady that has nice curly blondish hair was really nice to me), she so nice. Had to drop off my wife's ring for a new diamond, and she care of everything for me with ease.

Wait time is not good for repairs, but I understand JCPenney isn't a jewelry store. Other than that, this is a nice place to shop.

Parking is great, but all the construction before you get in is horrible.

Joshua and Juliette were a great help to us today. We were trying to return some items yesterday, and a young lady messed up with that, and they did fix it today (returned/refunded the correct amount to our JcPenny account).

Fantastic customer service at JCPenney! Landon, at the customer service desk was extremely helpful and pleasant to speak with. Great deals and a staff that goes above and beyond to assist you. Highly recommended!

Love the salon Christina is my hair stylist and listens to what I want. Definitely my place for haicuts and dyes.

The employees at JC Penney are always very helpful and will go above and beyond to help make your visit great. They also have a good selection and throw some pretty kool sales. Store is also always clean and well organized. Overall, I've never had a bad experience with them.

This has became one of our families favorite stores for clothes. Great selection for the whole family at reasonable prices. Great selection of dresses and business wear for women. I also use the ship to store function online and if the product is in store I can pick it up quickly or if it is not shipping is usually quick and free online to store.

Found just what we were looking for!! Love JCP towels! We were handed a coupon & our bill was cut so much. Made our decision to purchase even more positive. Great, friendly staff!

Neat, clean. Clerk's very helpful, but also not overly. I had a few things ordered online and was a snap to receive and try on . They have a great selection in my size of clearance items and store wide as well. So worth checking out. Sephora there, beds, shoes. All there.
