Drove 4 hours to deal with Shane at Canton Ford. Had bad experiences with my local dealers and got exactly the opposite (Great Service!) at Canton. Well worth the drive.

I worked with Alex in the service department. He was very good at communicating with me through the steps of getting my Ford explore repaired specifically my transmission. He got it taken care of through my warranty program from another company which I’m sure it was hectic either way I appreciate him and his team.
