Great experience at this location, the associate I worked with, Jeff, was exceptional! From the recognition of the cause of the check engine light to the follow up once the part arrived to helping me replace the malfunctioning part. First class customer service that is often lacking these days.

They had the 9mm Allen wrench that I needed to change my Ford's brake pads, even when my preferred AutoZone didn't. So kudos for that.

Friendly and knowledgeable, they usually have what I need or can get it the same day.

braden and clamete went above and beyond to get my truck fixed enough to make it home saving me $400 tow. i unfortunately made it there right when they were closing but braden said he could help with it and the two of them got it done. what makes a store is its customer service, & this oriellys has it! thank you guys so much!

I needed windshield wipers. Kind service lady helped me pick out the size I needed. Then offered to install the wipers on my car (in the rain) at no charge. I am very pleased and will return.

This is specifically for the Canton Texas location. Awesome staff. My daughter in laws car died on her. She was able to get it jumped off and drove to the O'Reilly. They correctly diagnosed a failed alternator, and then allowed her to leave her car parked there until I could get there the next day to repair it. The repair sucked but at least I was able to do it on a nice concrete parking spot. And of course they had the replacement in stock. Great job Canton O'Reilly!

We came here for battery testing and they did tell us that our alternator was fine but it was the battery. They recommended the right battery and installed it for us. There is great service here.

Folks, I have used & had good service since the store opened up in Canton, TX. Not long ago, we had major problems with a car part & they bent over backwards to help. Had a master cylinder replaced a number of times without any back talk. If they don't have it, they will get it fairly fast.

The staff went out of their way to assist me in the installation of a new AGM truck battery. The knowledge and assistance of the staff made a very difficult job possible. Darkness, rain, complexity of installing the battery in a modern vehicle and having the correct tools saved the day. Special thanks to Randi Munn for her vital knowledge and individual assistance.

I went there to get a starter for my 97 GMC pick up and they were very helpful and courteous. They even found one that was 40 dollars cheaper than they told me on the phone. The best Auto parts store around. 👍

Unfortunately they didn't have what I needed on hand but they could order it for next day but I needed it that day so the employee spent about 30 min just finding the actual part number so I could look for it in stock at another place and wouldn't have to spend another 30 minutes looking for it all over again once I got there...update always super helpful
