Some of the prices are high but sometimes I go and find some good deals at times , love my new Nike mini backpack and got it for a good price too! Definitely will still stop in time to time to check out the deals , great service and everyone there is welcoming and helpful

I was greeted as soon as I walked in, the clerk asked if she could hold my purchases at the counter while I continued to shop, and even helped correct an incorrect purchase I almost made. I grabbed an adult baseball belt instead of kids. She pointed it out nicely and grabbed a new one for me. Super nice experience.

Wow. Absolutely wow. Talk about customer service. So my son tells me last minute that his baseball cleats are too small and are hurting him when he runs. Of course he tells me this 45 minutes before we’re supposed to be in Van for a baseball game. So we rush over to Hibbett sports and jump out of the truck and I guess the female manager ( she is the real nice one of the glasses. I asked her name but I cannot remember. She was the one working on Tuesday, May 2nd @ 6:30pm) there had already seen us rushing to the door l and by the time we open the store door, she was already coming back from behind the desk and asked us what it is we’re looking for, what color and what size. She takes us strait to a pair of shoes picks them up, put them on my sons feet and then says “I’m assuming by your uniforms you’ve got a game so you will be wearing them out”. Put his old shoes in the box and then checked us out. AND THE NIKES WERE ONLY $32.00!!!!!! I kid you not from the time we stepped out of the truck and got back in the truck. It was no longer than five minutes. We actually got to the field before warm-ups with time to spare all because of her amazing customer service. Customer service is very hard to come by these days so I promise you that for that reason and that reason alone, I will be going there from now on to purchase all of my shoes for all four of my children, my wife and myself from now on. I’m not one to leave a review, but I firmly believe in giving credit where credit is due and this girl deserves all the credit. She did a fantastic job, she saw a need and met it. I pray you are reading this, and from the bottom of mine and my son’s heart, we thank you for taking care of us and getting us to our destination on time.

The employees are always right on the friendly greeting and helping us to whatever we are looking for.
That are ALWAYS well stocked on the latest equipment and apparel we need.

A bit more costly than I prefer to spend but product quality is great and the staff was very helpful in finding what I needed and even helped me find a coupon to save some money.
