Baker's Ribs

For excellent barbecue and excellent service stop by Baker's ribs in Canton on the eastbound service road of I-20. Expect to be impressed by the attitude and the courteous staff and management they have working at this establishment. The mgr. Luis Zenon, and staff Justin and Montserrat we're all extremely courteous not only to the customers but also to one another. It was really inspirational to see these young people with the values apparently they were raised with coming out in public. Don't miss great food great service like no other . Stop by the next time you're in Canton.

Food is amazing! Walked in and was greeted immediately. I had the chopped beef sandwich which was delicious. We had a Peach fried pie and topped it with their complementary vanilla soft serve. Dining area was very clean and staff was very friendly. Will be coming back for sure!

We love this place! Really good bbq but the fried pies are to die for!!! No kidding.

I only tried a fried pie passing through and it was delicious. Textures and taste were on point. 👌🤘👍

We ordered two adult plates and a kid’s plate. The portions were good, and both the chicken and pulled pork were fresh and had a great smoky flavor. Green beans were DELICIOUS! The gentleman (owner?) was very kind and even treated us to free peach cobbler at the end of our meal. Prices are comparable to the chain Dickey’s, but the flavor here was better.

Clean, fresh, friendly staff, GREAT food! Our family orders something different from each other. So someone orders pulled pork tacos, the other a sliced chicken sandwich, someone else sliced brisket sandwich, the other chopped brisket sandwich. We love their food and their sides are awesome. Their pies are great. Good place to go to for a great meal.

Great food. A tad bit overpriced but worth the extra cost. The food was hot and tasty. It was actually good BBQ. The best part was the fried pies. They were great. We bought some frozen ones to bring home with us and they barely survived being eaten on the road. One of my favorite places to stop and eat whenever I drive through their town.

If you like good old-fashioned home-style Fried Pies you just have to stop at Baker's ribs. They have a huge selection a flavors. And every time I've gone in there and they've been out of stock on a certain flavor if they've always been happy to make them while I wait. Every time I leave there I leave with at least a dozen of there wonderful Fried Pies

This place is fantastic. After a long day of shopping at the Canton Mondays flea market, stop in and get you some ribs. After that, be sure to go in the back of the restaurant and load up on Fried Pies. They are absolutely fantastic and make a great gift for friends and family. GO GO GO!!!

Wow there meats are so tender and moist, I was traveling through this area, decided to give it a try. The sausage and ribs were extra moist and tender. You will not be disappointed, you have try this. The barbecue sauce is very good, a little on the vinegary side but definitely not an issue. Out of all the BBQs I have tried in my travels, this meat was definitely the most tender & moist. I also had there coconut fried pie, very good.

Ribs were good and the meat came off the bone as it should with no fight. With ribs in the name you expect they have it down.
The fried pies were a nice surprise, I didn't know they had them. Coconut was my choice and I wasn't sorry.

Stop often at this location for Fried Pies, some of the best I ever had. Don't know of any "low cal" versions that allows one to stay on a strict diet but Oh!! What a wonderful way to cheat.

Stopped for lunch on our way to Florida and we were not disappointed. Had the family meal that fed all 5 of us (2 adults and 3 children) the coconut pie was delicious and can't beat the free ice cream :) the staff is very sweet and cater to our every need.

Fantastic food... Hit the spot exactly! Staff was super friendly and patient even though they were to close within a half hour of our arrival. They did not pressure us to hurry us up to get us out so that they could close. This is a fantastic place to eat! Something for everyone... With a smile!

When traveling to Selma, Al. We always stop here around 7 am ish in the mornings for the best fried pies. That early they're always hot and delicious with coffee. A multitude of flavors to choose from. Plus they have a freezer with frozen fried pies which I always get a dozen to go. B) 2 Texas Gal's

The potato salad was so delicious !! The Ribs, Brisket and sausage was great as well ! Definitely recommend !! The Ice tea was not that great .

Wow! The French Fries were amazing topped with wonderful barbecue beef and the fried pie was superb! Great stop off the highway. I will stop here again! The artisan soda was a nice touch.

The staff are friendly and funny. The ribs and brisket were tender and delicious. Their homemade in house fried pies are almost as good as grandmas.

We had the free plates (2) for our reward cards being full. And we got a HUGE sandwich PLUS 2 HUGE scoops of sides! I was completley shocked! It was so good! Best bbq ive had in awhile!

They have some seriously amazing ribs here.
