If you’re thinking about divorcing Verizon wireless, I highly recommended T-Mobile is a great network and Kayla did an absolutely wonderful job and helped me set everything up I cannot remember the names of everyone else who helped me however, everyone at the store was wonderful

Very pleasantly surprised. I generally dread going to any phone provider. This trip was quick and easy. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff got me taken care of in less than 15 minutes. A new record. I will no longer dread going to this particular office.

I took my frozen I Phone in this afternoon and it took the young man less than a minute to fix it. I have dealt with this store in the past when I owned an android and vowed I would never go back. They were not helpful, they were rude and very slow. I was very hesitant to go in but as this is my only means of communication in the country and many calls that needed made I went. I am so glad I did there was a young man and young lady in there and they were both so kind and helpful. I will now go back to this store instead of driving 30 miles out of my way.

Just switch to T-Mobile a short time back Twice the signal and half the money I was paying with Verizon..... Kudos T-Mobile

Just signed up yesterday for the 5G internet due to a large outage & so many mess ups that we had with an other internet company. T Mobile when I got the device home it was an easy set up & when I go into my back yard I still have all my bars we are already loving it also thank y’all for being so sweet & listening to all my questions

I've found this location most helpful compared to other stores I've been in.
Store is typically staffed with 2 people at any given time and they will provide the customer they currently are assisting full attention. So on some visits you may have to wait but it will be worth it.
Your wait will still likely be shorter than if you call or chat with customer service.

We were definitely a challenging situation for any representative at T Mobile and Caleb was incredible in handling our needs. He listened, problem solved and helped us with phones and transitioning our account! Thank you Caleb! This store has knowledgeable representatives and phones!

My husband and I have been customers with Sprint for years. Different experiences at different stores, of course. Within the past year or so the Canton location hired a gentleman named Ashton and he is the absolute BEST!!!!! If you have any questions or concerns about your phone, or any device for that matter, or your plan, Ashton is the MAN! I was so sure my iphone was done for a few days ago... I barely had ANY sound coming out of it. Ashton recommended just trying compressed air and it worked like a charm!!!! I highly recommend if you visit this location, visit with Ashton!!!!

I have gone to the Terrell store ever since I've had Sprint and the management there has gone DOWN THE DRAIN!!! My mother told me about the Canton store and they not only helped me save money by lowering my bill but also saved money by even getting me a BETTER PHONE! What kind of wizardry is going on there?!?!? I think those guys deserve a raise and everyone should learn and take notes from those fellas. Jared, Eric and Steven are Amazing! Got my new phone with all of my information on it and the tunes out their in that store are great!

My mom and I went to the Sprint store in Canton last night about an hour before closing. Cassie and LaCresha were so wonderful! They were both very patient and helpful, and really made our phone swap an easy transition. :)

What a delightful experience it is visiting your store. It’s so comforting to go in a place and see the employees enforcing wearing masks. I wish people would take it more seriously! Thank you for making my experience personal and having such kind and empathetic employees.

Excellent customer service. Matthew and Ashton went beyond and accomplished what we needed done. Highly recommend.. either buying or new phone or just answers to any questions on your phones.

I love this store and have to give a compliment. They have a new manager Lacretia who was so great. I was very impressed with the customer service they provided, how friendly they were and how they worked together as a team. I will be back in soon to complete our upgrades. Went into the sprint store in canton to add a 6th line and upgrade 2 phones for our 3 boys. Manager Lacresia and Assistant mgr Cassie did amazing hunting down 2 more phones so that all of the phones matched and even delivered them to my work when they got the phones (same day)! Much easier to deal with them in person than online! Thanks girls!

I came in to pay my bill, and Weston ended up saving me around 1800 dollars a year. I would highly recommend going here for all your needs.
