If I could give 10 stars I would. My daughter was having trouble with her phone. We went in to the store at 5:45, store closes at 7. Katie Wyatt called customer service for us and sat on the line with them for almost 2 hours. The store was supposed to close and John Andress called his manager to get permission to stay for us to get our issue solved. These two employees went above and beyond to help us solve the issue. You just dont find this kind of customer service anymore. We are so appreciative to both of these employees.

Terrific service. My first time dealing with Lisa. She stayed after there scheduled work hours to finish my order. Which i greatly appreciated. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Great customer service. Daniel is ALWAYS awesome!!!!!!!

I would like to say that Trinatie was very patient and sweet through this whole transaction. I had an issue with my account and it took 5 1/2 hours to fix (Verizon issue not Russell Cellular) and she fought like a trooper to help resolve it. I highly recommend them and will only use them as long as she is employed there.

Came in to this store with a technical problem with my phone. The manager immediately went to work attempting to fix my problems. He was very helpful and did not try to sell me anything although I was more than ready to have to buy a new phone if necessary After working on my phone for over an hour he was able to get it working again. Very impressed with the customer service . Much better than the Verizon corporate store in Tyler that I tried the day before . Thank you.

Trinatie was a pure delight to work with. She was very knowledgeable in the merchandise she was selling. She was fast with the sales and set up yet courteous and polite to myself and other customers who entered the building. She is a true blessing to represent Verizon.

The ladies there were so very helpful and kind and got me taken care of quite quickly! I will continue to go to that store for any of my Verizon needs! Thank you for this great customer care.

Because I wanted a 128G iPhone, I ordered it online. In the country you have metered internet service so setting up my new phone was draining my gigs of data. I called this store and told them my problem and they said to come on down - so I did! They transferred things for me, then told me to sit at a table and work on setting up my phone so I didn't do it at my house. They helped me with that as well and brought me water! They were wonderful to me and I really appreciated it - especially since I didn't get it from them directly - but from Verizon online. I highly recommend this store!

I tried Cricket and Straight Talk and had awful experiences. I swit hed all of my lines to Verizon and Daniel did a great job. My bill will be less for a real Verizon service than it was for my straight talk Verizon knock off account.

Used to be skeptical about going to this store because of the service before, but the new guys are great. Excellent service the staff is very nice and the Manager is very knowledgeable! Definitely will be back!

They got me in and out super fast, accommodated for me not having a debit card on me at the time, and got my new phone set up with ease.

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales rep my phone died after 8 yrs so it was time for a new one, was a pleasure doing so in a small town where service is what matters.

I recently had and issue with my Iphone X , and the manager there was very helpful in getting my issue resolved with my phone. Daniel provided excellent customer service and was very professional.
