I have been using Research Pest Control for over 30 years. I have always been very happy with their service. Last week Gummie was my service tech and he was just fantastic. He clean off all the cob webs from my large porch and then all around the outside of the house. My house looked so nice and I really appreciated his work. I live in the country and twice they have found rattle snakes while doing their work. This is a wonderful company. They have always handled all pest control issues.

These guys are sweethearts. All of them are nothing but professional and kind. From the nice lady that answers the phone to the guys that come out and listens to us grumpy customers complain. I couldn't do their job. Thank you for taking care of us. Anderson Terrace Weddings & Events.

I have used Research Pest control for my home quarterly pest control service for years. I haven't had any issues with pests to speak of and I live in the country. Gary was amazing! He was friendly, personable, and professional. He worked efficiently and competed everything that needed to be done. He even noticed some ant hills and took care of those as well. It is also important to mention that he actually likes working for this company. He had nothing but good things to say and was happy that they treated him well. I'd heard nothing but great things about them. They came for their initial spraying and did a very thorough job. I had them spray for mosquitoes as well and they literally covered the whole yard front and back.

Jeremy was my service guy and he was super nice, friendly and very professional. House and yard was treated for army worms and are all gone now! He even looked at another issue I had that was old termite tracks and advised me what to watch for. Actually every one of the service guys that have been out are great. I've always had great service and have used this company since 1977. Great reliable company. Thanks so much!

Our technician Dan is always kind and polite. He’s very friendly with our dogs and does a great job. We always receive a reminder call so we can schedule our quarterly service in advance.

I have been doing business with Research Pest Control for 15+ years now. They are really great at regular quarterly treatments & other ad hoc treatments I have needed over the years. Recently I had an issue with a very smart raccoon that was trying to move into my boat at night, so I had to call them for pest removal. Todd's efforts to catch and release a very pesky raccoon went above and beyond the usual work. It took perseverance and exceptional effort to catch this one. Todd took a personal interest & definitely over-achieved on this. Raccoon captured and humanely released very far from me. Thank you, Todd!

I am in the process of buying a home and received an email from my lender that the appraiser needed a termite inspection report. I originally called the inspection place I used to do the termite inspection but unfortunately they were all booked. They recommended Research Pest Control to me so I immediately called as I am in a bit of time crunch seeing as I close on my house in 8 days. I spoke to Ashley on the phone and she heard the panic and stress in my voice and was able to schedule me an appointment the following day with no issues at all. She definitely squeezed me in and was super sweet on the phone and assured me everything would be okay! That definitely alleviated a bit of stress on my end and I'm really thankful for that.

Research Pest Control started our quarterly service since 1982. I am pleased with their reliability. They have always been on time, except for once in the 34 years they have serviced our homes. When they knew they would be late, they notified us. If the spraying did not take care of the problem, a technician would return promptly.
This is a well run business with their employees and customer satisfaction in the forefront of their priorities.

I've been with Research for over 20 years and they have always been reliable. I have a quarterly service, and they will come in between times if needed. In a prior house they found and treated termites on a fence and kept the house safe. I feel like they keep a great eye on the current house too. Always have felt like I made the right choice.

The best experience. Other pest companies play pricing games, try to tie you into nasty contracts, and recommend treating excessively often. Research Pest had the best price, no contracts, and recommends treating quarterly. Their rep. Wayne was polite, super professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I am glad I found them and hope to use them periodically to keep the nasties out of my place.
