“Yelp Loved Us” was a sign that greeted me upon entrance and it’s true! This place is loved! The brisket is the best in town. It is lean and NO fat at all in the chopped beef I had today. I did the lunch special- meat, 3 sides, dessert and drink - for 13. Good value! Back Woods is county, cozy, and comfortable. It’s my favorite spot in canton!

Best BBQ for as long as I can remember. Just get there occasionally. But when ever I'm in Canton Tx. I'll wait for them to open just to eat there.

One of the only places in town I will get BBQ. Since, I have basically grown up on Backwoods BBQ. The chopped beef is amazing and cooked perfectly. Always get it mixed with there BBQ sauce. Also, they will make it how you like it.

Friendly service, Great Food, they give you a lot of meat. The price is great, they have daily specials. The bathrooms and inside the restraunt is very clean. I will be going back to get my Barbecue fix.
